"Green Greens" is among the first pieces of music composed for the Kirby series, first appearing as the theme for the Green Greens stage in Kirby's Dream Land, and reappearing in several games since then. It has been remixed, re-orchestrated, and remastered several times throughout the series, including being incorporated into other themes and tracks. Even as such, however, it can often still be heard in its original form in many titles, particularly as an easter egg in HAL Rooms, or in trailers for the games.

This theme has become associated with Kirby as a character, and is often paired with "Kirby's Triumphant Return".

Composition
Green Greens is a very upbeat theme that starts in the key of C major. The intro starts with a few G notes, then gets to the first portion of the song, it repeats this portion again, and then moves on to the next portion. When it gets to the second portion, it turns to C minor. It then goes through a C-D-E, D-E-F progression twice, then the very first stage theme of the series loops.

This theme is also a popular motif in other themes in the Kirby series as well.

Game appearances
The following is a list of major appearances of "Green Greens". It is not an exhaustive list, as parts of certain songs may sound like the theme, but it's not always clear if it's a coincidence or a knowing nod to it.

Kirby's Dream Land
As mentioned above, the Green Greens theme is the stage music for Green Greens, from which it gets its name. This original version was composed by Jun Ishikawa, who has since gone on to compose much of the music for the series.

It's also listed as Music 01 (Music 13 is an intro-less version) in the game's Sound Test.

In Adventure and its remake, the theme reappears in the throwback stage Rainbow Resort - Stage 6. In the former, the Kirby's Dream Land version is reused, while in the latter the song gets a new arrangement.
In Kirby's Adventure and its remake, the theme reappears in the throwback stage Rainbow Resort - Stage 6, though it also plays for both games' Staff credits sequence. In the former, it sounds very similar to the original Kirby's Dream Land version, but pitched a step down. This track is listed as Music 03 (with its intro) and Music 04 (without its intro) in the game's Sound Test.

In Nightmare in Dream Land, an energetic remix of the Green Greens theme plays in the Kirby's Air Grind Sub-game.
In Kirby: Nightmare in Dream Land, the song got a new rearrangement, now in its original key. New to the game, though, is an energetic remix of the Green Greens theme that plays in the Kirby's Air Grind Sub-Game. Both of these arrangements are listed as Music 19 and Music 36 respectively in the game's Sound Test.

Kirby Super Star / Kirby Super Star Ultra
A new arrangement of the Green Greens theme plays in the Green Greens stage of Spring Breeze, as well as in the Purple Plants stage of Revenge of the King in the remake. On the Kirby Ultra Super Deluxe Original Sound Track, it is directly titled "GREEN GREENS".

Crystal Area
This theme was also incorporated into The Great Cave Offensive theme for the Crystal and Garden areas. This version is notable for being a slower paced version when compared to the original, and also for being the first "Green Greens" arrangement to feature "Kirby's Triumphant Return", which would later be used in multiple other remixes of the theme. On the Kirby Ultra Super Deluxe Original Sound Track, it is named 水晶の畑エリア (Crystal Area).

An excerpt of "Green Greens" is featured in the track "Kirby's Triumphant Return", which plays in the cutscene of the same name at the end of Milky Way Wishes. The "Green Greens" excerpt is played at the end of the track after the "Kirby's Triumphant Return" leitmotif proper, just when Kirby is flying back to Popstar.

Finally, the theme is also incorporated into the staff credits theme for Milky Way Wishes.

All of these tracks, in the order they're listed in on this page, can be heard as Music 05 (006 in Kirby Super Star Ultra), Music 37 (042), Music 55 (065), and Music 65 (066) in both of the games' Sound Tests.

Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble
An arrangement of the Green Greens theme is used as the theme for the minigame Kirby's Hurdle Race. It also appears as part of a medley of other tracks from the game that make up the credits theme, sounding almost identical to that version, but ending differently to transition to the Simple Stage theme. This medley also concludes with a reprise of the Green Greens theme, with some variations and a suitable resolution.

The faithful arrangement used for Kirby's Hurdle Race is listed as Music 21 in the game's Sound Room. Interestingly, the credits medley is not listed at all.

Reason: remix with distinct identity

"Green Greens" is among the first pieces of music composed for the Kirby series, first appearing as the theme for the Green Greens stage in Kirby's Dream Land, and reappearing in several games since then. It has been remixed, re-orchestrated, and remastered several times throughout the series, including being incorporated into other themes and tracks. Even as such, however, it can often still be heard in its original form in many titles, particularly as an easter egg in HAL Rooms, or in trailers for the games.

This theme has become associated with Kirby as a character, and is often paired with "Kirby's Triumphant Return".

Composition[edit]

Green Greens is a very upbeat theme that starts in the key of C major. The intro starts with a few G notes, then gets to the first portion of the song, it repeats this portion again, and then moves on to the next portion. When it gets to the second portion, it turns to C minor. It then goes through a C-D-E, D-E-F progression twice, then the very first stage theme of the series loops.

This theme is also a popular motif in other themes in the Kirby series as well.

Game appearances[edit]

The following is a list of major appearances of "Green Greens". It is not an exhaustive list, as parts of certain songs may sound like the theme, but it's not always clear if it's a coincidence or a knowing nod to it.

Kirby's Dream Land[edit]

As mentioned above, the "Green Greens" theme is the stage music for Green Greens, from which it gets its name. This original version was composed by Jun Ishikawa, who has since gone on to compose much of the music for the series. It's also listed as Music 01 (Music 13 is an intro-less version) in the game's Sound Test.

Kirby's Adventure / Kirby: Nightmare in Dream Land[edit]

In Kirby's Adventure and its remake, the theme reappears in the throwback stage Rainbow Resort - Stage 6, though it also plays for both games' Staff credits sequence. In the former, it sounds very similar to the original Kirby's Dream Land version, but pitched a step down. This track is listed as Music 03 (with its intro) and Music 04 (without its intro) in the game's Sound Test.

Kirby's Pinball Land[edit]

The Green Greens theme is rearranged for the Poppy Brothers' Land stage in Kirby's Pinball Land.

Kirby Super Star / Kirby Super Star Ultra[edit]

A new arrangement of the Green Greens theme plays in the Green Greens stage of Spring Breeze, as well as in the Purple Plants stage of Revenge of the King in the remake. On the Kirby Ultra Super Deluxe Original Sound Track, it is directly titled "GREEN GREENS".

Main article: Crystal Area

Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble[edit]

An arrangement of the Green Greens theme is used as the theme for the minigame Kirby's Hurdle Race. It also appears as part of a medley of other tracks from the game that make up the credits theme, sounding almost identical to that version, but ending differently to transition to the Simple Stage theme. This medley also concludes with a reprise of the Green Greens theme, with some variations and a suitable resolution.

The faithful arrangement used for Kirby's Hurdle Race is listed as Music 21 in the game's Sound Room. Interestingly, the credits medley is not listed at all.

Super Smash Bros. series[edit]

Super Smash Bros. Melee[edit]

On the Green Greens stage, an orchestral version of the Green Greens theme plays, which incorporates "Kirby's Triumphant Return" into it. It is arranged by Hirokazu Ando, and simply named "Green Greens". This arrangement has gone on to appear in later Smash Bros. titles.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl[edit]

While the theme itself didn't get its own remix like in Super Smash Bros. Melee, "Green Greens" was incorporated into the "Butter Building" and "The Legendary Air Ride Machine" remixes.

The original arrangement from Super Smash Bros. Melee reappears as one of two tracks that can play on the Green Greens stage, now named "Green Greens (Melee)".

Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U[edit]

"Green Greens" got a brand new arrangement in this game, named "Green Greens Ver. 2". It is more dramatic and energetic sounding than its Super Smash Bros. Melee counterpart, and also adds various new melodic sections to the song. It is arranged by Masashi Hamauzu.

The original version from Kirby's Dream Land plays in the Green Greens section of the Dream Land GB stage.

Finally, the Super Smash Bros. Melee remix, still named "Green Greens (Melee)", returns as a playable track in The Great Cave Offensive stage. "Butter Building" and "The Legendary Air Ride Machine" return as well.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate[edit]

While "Green Greens" didn't get a standalone remix in this game, much like in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, it does appear in the new "Staff Credits - Kirby's Dream Land" remix, due to it featuring "Milky Way Wishes: Staff Credits" and, notably, predominantly using its "Green Greens" section.

In addition, all the tracks from previous Super Smash Bros. games that had "Green Greens" in some form return in this game, now being able to be played in any Kirby stage, and, as of the 8.1.0 update, Battlefield, Small Battlefield, Big Battlefield, and Final Destination. The only changes involve the original Green Greens from Kirby's Dream Land getting incorporated into the "Kirby Retro Medley", and the "Green Greens Ver. 2" remix being re-named "Green Greens (for 3DS / Wii U)".

Kirby Air Ride[edit]

The Green Greens arrangement from Kirby Super Star is reused as the alternate track for the Fantasy Meadows course.

A remix of the Green Greens theme very similar to the orchestral arrangement from Super Smash Bros. Melee, also featuring "Kirby's Triumphant Return", can be unlocked and used as the alternate track for the Checker Knights course. It is simply named グリーングリーンズ (Green Greens) in The Very Best of Kirby: 52 Hit Tracks, and is arranged by Hirokazu Ando.[1] Much like some of the other Air Ride tracks, this theme also appears in certain episodes of the Japanese and Chinese versions of the anime.

Another remix of the theme plays when the "Rowdy Charge Tank" event is in effect in the City Trial mode. This remix, named "City Trial: Rowdy Charge Tank" is notably similar to the version that plays in Kirby's Air Grind in Kirby: Nightmare in Dream Land. It is arranged by Jun Ishikawa.[1]

Finally, a remix of the first section of the Green Greens theme plays during the Drag Race Stadium mode. It is also arranged by Hirokazu Ando[1] and also appears in certain episodes of the Japanese version of the anime.

All of these tracks, in the order they're listed in on this page, can be heard as track 04, track 19, track 51, and track 57 in the game's Sound Test.

Kirby: Canvas Curse[edit]

The "Kirby's Air Grind" remix from Kirby: Nightmare in Dream Land plays in the Time Trials of Rainbow Run. This song is given the name "Classic Song 2-18", and is Music 62 in the game's Jukebox#Kirby: Canvas CurseSound Test.

When the "Old School" sound mode is selected, the regular Kirby: Nightmare in Dream Land arrangement plays in Plant Plain, Growth Grasses, and the staff credits. This song is given the name "Classic Song 2-20", and is Music 64 in the game's Sound Test.

Kirby: Squeak Squad[edit]

A simple arrangement of the Green Greens theme plays in Nature Notch - Stage 3, at the end of Nature Notch - Stage 5, and in Vocal Volcano - Stage 1. Additionally, a partial remix of "Green Greens" as "Gamble Galaxy" plays in Gamble Galaxy - Stage 3. Both of these themes require the Spunky Notes item to be obtained before they can be listened to, and are listed as Music 15 and Music 18 respectively in the game's Sound Room.

Kirby's Epic Yarn / Kirby's Extra Epic Yarn[edit]

The Green Greens theme makes a full reappearance in the Whispy's Forest stage. It is rearranged using acoustic instrumentation similar to other tracks in the game, with piano being the most prominent instrument used. This remix also incorporates "Kirby's Triumphant Return" after the second loop of the song, similar to its incarnations in Super Smash Bros. Melee and Kirby Air Ride.

Its name is "Green Greens: Epic Yarn",[2] while it is simply called "Green Greens" in-game. It was arranged by Hirokazu Ando, and is track 39 in the Tunes.[3]

Kirby Mass Attack[edit]

Three different arrangements of the Green Greens theme play in three distinct cutscenes:

 • The first, called "Rainbow Riches", plays in the cutscene that plays after gathering all Rainbow Medals, and unlocking the final level of the game, Necro Nebula.
 • The second, called "Eerie Island", plays in the cutscene that shows the Kirbys heading towards Necro Nebula, and getting attacked by Skullys.
 • The third, called "Down to One", plays in the cutscene after defeating Necrodeus, when the Kirbys use his magic staff to become one Kirby again. This version starts with Kirby's Triumphant Return, but quickly switches to the Green Greens theme.

Though not numbered in the game's Music Player, these are the 63rd, 64th, and 66th tracks respectively in numerical order.

Kirby's Return to Dream Land / Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe[edit]

A relaxed sounding remix of the "Green Greens" theme plays outside of the Lor Starcutter, if Kirby is about to visit it from Popstar. This remix is titled グリーングリーンズ/星のカービィWii ver. (Green Greens / Kirby's Return to Dream Land ver.) on Kirby Wii Music Selection and Green Greens (Return to Dream Land) in Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe. It was arranged by Hirokazu Ando.[4]

A different remix of the "Green Greens" theme, very similar to the Kirby Super Star arrangement, even with a strikingly similar soundfont, plays in the Item Challenge, and in the game's HAL Rooms in Kirby's Return to Dream Land. It was arranged by the original composer, Jun Ishikawa.[1]

Small segments of the theme are incorporated into the theme for Super Abilities, "Bring On the Super Ability", specifically at around 0:25 and 0:36.

C-R-O-W-N-E-D, the battle theme of Magolor's second form and Magolor Soul, features the Green Greens theme at its very end, being followed by a section of "Kirby's Triumphant Return".

In Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe, the Kirby's Dream Buffet arrangement of the theme plays in the first HAL Room of the game alongside "Kirby's Dream Buffet" and "Love, Love, Alivel".

Kirby's Dream Collection Special Edition[edit]

The original version from Kirby's Dream Land is reused in the HAL Room that exists in the Normal Challenge of Last Land in the New Challenge Stages mode. The Kirby's Epic Yarn arrangement also has a chance of playing there instead. In addition, the Drag Race remix also has a chance of playing in the Smash Combat Chamber of the same level. Finally, in the American version of the game, the player can choose to hear an orchestral medley of the Gourmet Race theme and the Green Greens theme at the final stop (representing the year 2012) of the Kirby's History mode.

In the Japanese version exclusively, "Green Greens (Return to Dream Land)" plays in Kirby's History when reading the samples of the three manga featured only in that version of the game. In addition, three different "Green Greens" versions are used when selecting the manga series: the original version from Kirby's Dream Land plays when the Kirby of the Stars manga is selected, the Kirby Super Star arrangement plays when Kirby of the Stars: The Story of Dedede Who Lives in Pupupu is selected, and the Kirby: Squeak Squad arrangement plays when Kirby of the Stars! Moretsu Pupupu Hour! is selected. Finally, "City Trial: Rowdy Charge Tank" plays when Kirby: Magical Tower of Medal Land is selected.

Kirby: Triple Deluxe[edit]

The "Green Greens" theme is remixed in a fairly relaxed manner to serve as the world map theme in Kirby: Triple Deluxe, featuring "Kirby's Triumphant Return" at the end. This version has the same title as the original song, "Green Greens", and is arranged by Hirokazu Ando.

The fanfare for collecting Sun Stones uses a short snippet of Green Greens, and the fanfare for collecting a Grand Sun Stone is a slightly extended version, at a different key.

In Dedede's Drum Dash, "Green Greens" serves as the theme of the first stage, played using the acoustic instrumentation common among the themes for this Sub-Game.

"Revenge of the Enemy", the boss revenge battle theme of the game, incorporates the Green Greens theme in its second half.

The theme is also featured at the end of the theme of the last battle against Queen Sectonia, "The World to Win".

Finally, the "Green Greens" theme is paired with the Peanut Plains theme to serve as the alternate staff credits theme of the game, which plays in the default "Staff credits" movie in the game's Theater.

Kirby Fighters Deluxe[edit]

The Item Challenge/HAL Room "Green Greens" arrangement from Kirby's Return to Dream Land plays in the Flower Land Battle Stage in Kirby Fighters Deluxe.

Kirby and the Rainbow Curse[edit]

The "Green Greens" theme is present in many songs of the game:

 • The menu's theme, titled "Main Menu" in American English and "Play Mode Selection" in British English, is a simple arrangement of the theme.
 • The game's tutorial theme, "Learn the Controls!", is a very light arrangement of the theme, with the main melody being played with a flute and a guitar, and an original intro with an harp.
 • The theme that plays when viewing the Secret Diary, named "Reading the Secret Diary", is a relaxed sounding arrangement of the theme, primarily featuring a flute and guitar. It's notably very similar to the "Learn the Controls!" version.
 • Claycia's battle theme, "Battle with Claycia", features a short segment of the "Green Greens" theme near the end.
 • A fairly simple "Green Greens" remix can be unlocked by collecting one of the Treasure Chests found in The Adventure Begins stage, to then be played in the game's Music Room.
 • Finally, the theme is the last song featured in the unlockable "Kirby Medley" track.

Kirby: Planet Robobot[edit]

A remix of the "Green Greens" theme, with some small changes to its melodic structure, plays in sections of Patched Plains - Stage 2 and Patched Plains - Stage 3. This version is called "Re: Green Greens" on the Kirby: Planet Robobot Original Soundtrack, and is arranged by Hirokazu Ando.

An altered version of the "Green Greens" theme is used for the mid-boss theme, "Metal N. Vasion."

The "City Trial: Rowdy Charge Tank" arrangement from Kirby Air Ride is reused in Patched Plains - Stage 6 EX, while its "Green Greens" arrangement is reused in Access Ark - Stage 8 EX. Finally, the Drag Race arrangement is reused for the 2.0 mid-boss battles in the extra stages and for both Mid-Boss All Stars rounds in The Arena.

The throwback "Green Greens" arrangement from Kirby's Return to Dream Land is reused in the first level of the Kirby 3D Rumble Sub-game.

The battle theme of Star Dream's first phase, "VS. Star Dream", features the "Green Greens" theme just after the Havoc Aboard the Halberd section and before the loop point. Initially only the opening three notes of the "Green Greens" theme feature, followed shortly after by more extensive quotations, first in a background chiptune accompaniment and then in the primary orchestral instrumentation.

The Copy Ability Room for this game also features the Dedede's Drum Dash rearrangement, which is played in the testing room for the Robobot Armor.

Team Kirby Clash Deluxe[edit]

The alternate staff credits theme from Kirby: Triple Deluxe plays in its original form in the alternate staff credits from the Options menu.

The same theme is remixed in the player's Profile menu, and in the results screen after finishing a quest.

Another remix plays during certain cutscenes, such as the opening; the remix is titled グリーンストーリーズ (Green Stories) on Kirby Star Allies: The Original Soundtrack.

The theme is also featured as part of a medley in both of the staff credits themes, sounding mostly identical in both.

Kirby's Blowout Blast[edit]

Much like in Kirby 3D Rumble in Kirby: Planet Robobot, the Item Challenge/HAL Room Green Greens arrangement from Kirby's Return to Dream Land is reused in the game's first level.

Kirby Battle Royale[edit]

The first section of the Green Greens theme, paired with "Let Battle Commence!", is remixed to serve as the theme that plays in the game's Training mode. It is named Menu 6 in the game's Music Collection.

Kirby Star Allies[edit]

The "Green Greens" theme makes multiple appearances in Kirby Star Allies:

 • The theme of the first stage of the game, Green Gardens, is a simple arrangement of the theme, notably very similar to the "Re: Green Greens" version from Kirby: Planet Robobot, just with different instrumentation. This theme also plays in the last room of Donut Dome, as well as in most of Fruity Forest. It also plays in all Guest Star ???? Star Allies Go! routes, in rooms in which the theme originally played in Story Mode, and rooms based on it. On the Kirby Star Allies: The Original Soundtrack this version is simply called グリーングリーティング (Green Gardens) and is arranged by Hirokazu Ando.
 • The original version from Kirby's Dream Land is reused in Extra Eclair. This version ends up playing in most Guest Star ???? Star Allies Go! routes, in those where rooms in which the theme plays are reused
 • The theme of the two final stages, Jambandra Base and The Divine Terminus, is a slow-paced, sinister sounding remix of the "Green Greens" theme, that predominantly features violins. This version is also arranged by Hirokazu Ando. On the Kirby Star Allies: The Original Soundtrack, it is called 夢と新緑の残痕地 (Land of Dreams and Greenery's Remains).
 • The theme of the fourth phase of the battle against Void Termina opens up with an electric guitar cover of the "Green Greens" theme, similar to the "Land of Dreams and Greenery's Remains" version. This track is arranged by Hirokazu Ando once again, and is called 組曲:星羅征く旅人 第四楽章:生誕の希望 (Suite: The Star-Conquering Traveler - Fourth Movement: Hope of Birth) on the Kirby Star Allies: The Original Soundtrack.
 • When battling against Void, a variation of the "Fourth Movement: Hope of Birth" version plays, which features the "Green Greens" theme even more, going as far as to recreate the original version of the track in chiptune. This version is called 組曲:星羅征く旅人 最終楽章:煌めき星 (Suite: The Star-Conquering Traveler - Final Movement: Sparkling Star) on the Kirby Star Allies: The Original Soundtrack.
 • The "Green Stories" remix from Team Kirby Clash Deluxe is reused during final results screen in Guest Star ???? Star Allies Go!.
 • The Ultimate Choice's title screen theme is an intense remix of the theme, primarily featuring electric guitars, trumpets, and drums. It is arranged by Yuuta Ogasawara, and is titled お好み究極チョイス味 (Choosing the Ultimate Choice Flavor) on the Kirby Star Allies: The Original Soundtrack.
 • At the very end of Extra Planet δ, a Big Switch can be pressed to make a giant golden statue of Kirby appear in the background. As the statue rises, the player's controller (if it has HD Rumble turned on) will rumble in a way that it actually plays the first portion of the Green Greens theme, entirely separate from the game's audio. This does not occur if the game is played in Handheld Mode.
 • After all Big Switches are pressed (aside from the one mentioned in Extra Planet δ), a jingle plays with a short variation of the Green Greens theme. This jingle also plays on the menu screen at the start of a new save file when all Dream Friends have been unlocked.
 • After reaching 100% completion, there is a chance that the main menu theme may be changed to the "Green Greens" remix from Kirby Air Ride.

Super Kirby Clash[edit]

The "Green Stories" and user profile arrangements re-appear un-changed in the same places. A new arrangement of the theme plays on the results screen after finishing a Quest.

The Tetris 99 theme for this game includes an extended version of "The Heroes' Challenge! Quest Board", which includes a new arrangement of the Green Greens theme.

Kirby Fighters 2[edit]

In this game, the theme receives a remix in the credits theme of the options menu, where it's paired with the "Bumper Crop Bump" theme from Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards.

The "Green Gardens" remix from Kirby Star Allies is reused in the stage of the same name, and a new remix of it can be unlocked as the secret song for the stage when the player reaches Fighters Rank 19.

In the game's Training Mode and Online waiting rooms, a medley of "Training" from Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards, Green Greens, and "Ripple Star: Stage Select" plays. This medley has two distinct versions: one with regular instruments used in other songs of the game, and a chiptune version; the game selects one of the two at random to play, with the regular version having a higher chance of playing. The regular version is arranged by Yuki Shimooka.[5]

Finally, an intense remix of the theme plays in most of the Item Rooms of the Final Chapter of Story Mode: The Destined Rivals up until the 44th floor's item room.

The Tetris 99 theme for this game includes an extended version of "Kirby Fighters 2: The Destined Rivals", which includes a new arrangement of the Green Greens theme near the end before looping.

Additionally, left unused in the game's sound effect bank is an intro-less version of the Item Challenge arrangement from Kirby's Return to Dream Land.

Kirby and the Forgotten Land[edit]

A new remix of the theme, titled "Welcome Back, Kirby", plays when the player is in Kirby's House. It also incorporates "Kirby's Triumphant Return" near the end of the loop. This version is arranged by Hirokazu Ando and can be found as track 42 at the Waddle Live! Corner Stage.

Kirby's Dream Buffet[edit]

A brand-new arrangement of the theme has a possibility of playing during Battle Royale matches. Another possible track that can play in a Battle Royale is an arrangement of "Ultra-Super Boss Battle" from Kirby's Return to Dream Land, which in turn briefly quotes the Green Greens theme.

Other appearances[edit]

In the Kirby's Adventure soundtrack album, the theme received a vocal remix named キラキラマーチ (Sparkling March).

The theme has been performed live using an orchestra, most prominently in the Kirby 25th Anniversary Orchestra Concert, as part of the opening theme Kirby's 25th Anniversary: Grand Opening. It was later also performed in the Kirby 30th Anniversary Music Festival, as the first song of the opening theme Green Greens ~ Running Through the New World.

In the Japanese version of Kirby: Right Back at Ya!, the Drag Race remix from Kirby Air Ride plays in some of the later episodes; it is named Final Strategy (とっておきの作戦) on Kirby & The Amazing Mirror Sound Plus. Meanwhile, its orchestral "Green Greens" remix plays during a scene in The Kirby Derby - Part II, as Kirby's Starship takes flight, and the final scene of Air-Ride-in-Style - Part II, where Kirby flies off inside the Destroya and destroys it with the Crash Copy Ability.

A live orchestra arrangement of the Super Smash Bros. Melee remix appears in the Smashing...Live! album, as the fourteenth track. It was arranged by Hirokazu Ando and performed by New Japan Philharmonic.

An arrangement featured in the 2006 coin pusher game Kirby: Sparkling Medal Land (「星のカービィ~きらきらメダルランド~」) strongly resembles the simple "Green Greens" remix in Kirby and the Rainbow Curse that would follow nine years later, although the latter is clearly faster and re-orchestrated.[6] This arrangement may have been originally created for the Japanese version of Kirby: Right Back at Ya!, as the game otherwise heavily borrows artwork and sound elements from the anime.[7]

The theme is also featured at the beginning of the bonus track ステージメドレー/アコースティックver. (Stage Medley / Acoustic Ver.) of the Kirby Ultra Super Deluxe Original Sound Track. It sounds very similar to the Kirby's Epic Yarn remix, though it was released beforehand.

A small portion of "Green Greens" appears in AR Games alongside other Nintendo motifs as a part of the music that plays in the background for the mode that lets the player scan this card.

The Kirby's Return to Dream Land Item Challenge/HAL Room remix of the theme is part of the "Kirby's Dream Land Medley" in the Taiko no Tatsujin series. In Taiko no Tatsujin: Rhythm Festival, "Green Gardens" is featured as part of the "Kirby Star Allies Medley".

Kirby Pupupu Train features two remixes of this theme, both included on the Kirby Pupupu Train Eki-melo Collection. One is an acoustic remix with Gourmet Race titled グリーングリーンズ~激突!グルメレース/KIRBY PUPUPU TRAIN Ver. (Green Greens ~ Gourmet Race / Kirby Pupupu Train Ver.). The other is a short eki-melo remix titled グリーングリーンズ駅 (Green Greens Station).

The Green Greens theme has also appeared in The Sound of Kirby Café in Track 1: Fresh Green Café Terrace / Green Greens, and in The Sound of Kirby Café 2 in Track 15: GREEN WARMTH. The former takes cues from "Re: Green Greens," while the latter features "Kirby's Triumphant Return" at the end.

On the Kirby 30th Anniversary Site, the Kirby Air Ride arrangement plays when viewing Kirbys number 01 ("Ohirune Time"), 03 ("Harukaze to Tomomi"), 05 ("Hover"), 08 ("Feed Me"), 14 ("Muteki no Candy"), 22 ("Inhale"), 24 ("Bouken no Hajimari"), 25 ("Panic!"), 26 ("Yakiimo Shooting"), 27 ("Slide Attack"), and 30 ("Discovery"). Additionally, "Fresh Green Café Terrace" from The Sound of Kirby Café also appears for Kirby number 20 ("Delicious Time").

The version from Super Smash Bros. Melee is one of the tracks that can be selected in the European/Australian version of Donkey Konga 2.

The Green Greens theme is remixed in five different music genres (jazz, rock, chill, pop and country) as part of a collaboration between the Kirby series and Craft Boss Coffee.

"Green Greens" is one of three Kirby songs included as a demo in the Kirby Otamatone Melody, an officially-licensed music toy.

"Green Greens" is used as the alarm sound of an officially-licensed Kirby clock by RHYTHM.

Two arrangements of "Green Greens", "Welcome Back, Kirby" and "Green Gardens", are to be featured in an officially licensed collection of Kirby sheet music published by Yamaha Corporation.[8]
