Hail to the Chief		Tertiary character	In this episode, Gus can be seen near the start talking about Chief Bookem with other onlookers as they watch him try to direct traffic in Cappy Town, and is later witness to the crash that happens after Chief Bookem falls asleep on the job. Cappy New Year		Tertiary character	In this episode, Gus can be seen helping prepare the New Year's festivities in Cappy Town. The Pillow Case		Tertiary character	In this episode, Gus is one of the Cappies that receives a dream pillow from King Dedede and is subsequently subject to nightmares and becomes possessed to get rid of Kirby. Sweet and Sour Puss		Secondary character	In this episode, Gus is part of the crowd that gathers to observe King Dedede's strange change in mood. To test and see if King Dedede really cannot get mad anymore, Gus decides to sabotage the brakes on the Royal Racecar and then tells King Dedede to drive. He does so, and loses control of the car, crashing into a ditch. Despite this, King Dedede is completely unfazed by the event. Gus can later be seen at the party held at Castle Dedede. Cooking Up Trouble		Secondary character	In this episode, Gus is one of the Cappies looking to improve his cooking skills after rumors fly around about Sir Ebrum's cooking. He can be seen with the other Cappy men trying to get lessons from Chef Kawasaki, and when the fails, ordering pieces of the SlicerDicer from King Dedede. Gus can later be seen at the cooking competition held at Castle Dedede, using the appliance he bought.	"Got one right here!"

A Sunsational Puzzle		Tertiary character	In this episode, Gus can be seen gathered with several other Cappies, following their lead when it comes to trying to protect themselves from Dream Land's deteriorating ozone layer. He is later seen in the crowd that finds out the truth about the air conditioner units they bought from King Dedede from Meta Knight's note.	"By tryin' to get cooler..."
Waste Management		Tertiary character	In this episode, Gus can be seen reacting to the crows' scavenging in Cappy Town, antagonizing them by throwing rocks at them.	"It's time to take a stone-cold approach!"
Tooned Out		Tertiary character	In this episode, Gus makes a brief appearance in the police headquarters with several other Cappies, trying to come up with ideas on what cartoon Biggy, Boney, and Sleepy can make instead of one about Tiff.	"There should be car races!"
Born to Be Mild - Part I		Primary character	Gus has a leading role in this episode. After Fang and his biker gang attack Dream Land, Tiff tries to get Gus to help her and the others out to form a resistance, but Gus seems strangely unwilling to help her. It is later revealed that the reason for this is because Gus used to be affiliated with Fang and his gang, and after being shown up by a legendary biker named Steppenwolf in the past, Gus swore to never ride his motorcycle again, keeping it stowed away in his garage. When it becomes clear that his help is needed, however, with particular convincing by Melman, Gus decides to pull out his bike and ride to Kirby's aid. He is later challenged by King Dedede and Fang to a racing competition, which many other Dream Landers agree to take part in as well. However, when it comes time for the race, Gus is nowhere to be seen, and Gangu has to take his place on his bike.	"Why don't you pick on somebody your own age?!"	This marks Gus's first leading role in an episode.
Born to Be Mild - Part II		Primary character	In this episode, Tiff and Meta Knight go to Castle Dedede in order to free Gus from his imprisonment there, initially captured in order to prevent him taking part in the race. Even after freeing him, though, Gus seems hesitant to rejoin the race, wracked with guilt over his involvement with Fang in the past. Melman once again berates Gus for his cowardice and tells him to get into the race. Gus is initially hesitant, as the race has already started without him, but he gets an opportunity to join in when Gangu is forced to retire from the race by Fang. Gus goes head to head against Fang in the race, and with Steppenwolf's help, overcomes him. After Fang is defeated and the race coliseum destroyed, Gus is left to wonder at the true identity of Steppenwolf.	"A long time ago, Fang and I were in the same gang. Back then, we thought we were the baddest bikers on the road. Nobody could beat us...not even Steppenwolf! So Fang and me...we challenged him to a race. We figured we'd leave him in the dust, no problem! But we were wrong! Steppenwolf made us look like amateurs! He was the real deal! Fang could see Steppenwolf was gonna win, so he decided to play dirty. But that didn't stop Steppenwolf. He just whipped that old chain right back at Fang! Then he wheeled round and headed straight for me! I thought he was gonna run me down, but then he stopped dead, and just stared at me."
D'Preciation Day		Tertiary character	In this episode, Gus can be seen in the crowd of Cappies for several scenes. In particular, he is present for Kirby's "funeral" and celebrates Kirby after he defeats the monster Chuckie.	"And it sure beats buyin' him a present!"
Cowardly Creature		Tertiary character	In this episode, Gus can be seen in the crowd gathered to watch Phan Phan as it stumbles through Cappy Town and is subsequently confronted by King Dedede.	"It destroyed my gas station! There's nothin' left!"

Cappy Town Down		Tertiary character	In this episode, Gus joins the other Cappies mourning the loss of their town, and is initially quick to blame Kirby for the calamity. After being talked down, however, Gus goes with the others to see Meta Knight's secret weapon: the Halberd, but is initially hesitant to become part of its crew. When it becomes clear that Dream Land will be carpet-bombed into oblivion by an armada of Destroyas if they don't fight back, however, Gus joins the crew as its mechanic.	"And I got the muscle to tune this baby up for ya!"
Combat Kirby		Tertiary character	In this episode, Gus is put in charge of overseeing the Halberd's main reactor and engine, commenting on its power and scale. After Heavy Lobster is defeated, he is later seen on the bridge with the others watching as the Halberd infiltrates eNeMeE's Fortress.	"They got thousands of those flying hub-caps!"
Fright to the Finish		Tertiary character	In this episode, Gus follows the other Halberd crew members as they abandon the ship and try to find their way through the fortress, in order to plant their explosives and then get out before they detonate. Gus has no particular role to play in this regard, and he eventually returns to Dream Land with the others by means of the Monster Delivery System.	"Must be the command center!"
