Later on, he appears during a dinner scene when Tiff is trying to look into the archaeology conundrum, and appears again at King Dedede's artifact exposé, where he and the rest of the Dream Landers bear witness to Professor Curio's confession. Secondary character In this episode, Sir Ebrum and Lady Like are confronted by Tiff and Tuff when they want to know where Fololo & Falala come from. The parents find ways to avoid the question and shoo their kids away. Once they have privacy, they recount how Fololo & Falala were once a singular entity named Fofa, and how King Dedede dumped them into the parents' laps after they were split apart and deemed useless. Kirby overhears this and starts to repeat the name "Fofa", so Sir Ebrum and Lady Like decide to tape Kirby's mouth shut to keep him from blabbing. "The King and Escargoon are always losing their heads over something!"

Tertiary character In this episode, Sir Ebrum shows up at the Booma-Dooma Volcano with the others to watch Chief Bookem and Kirby rescue Tuff from inside the caldera. Sir Ebrum later stands with the others to support Chief Bookem when King Dedede tries one more time to fire him. "Tuff!"

Tertiary character In this episode, Sir Ebrum is among those who receives a dream pillow from King Dedede. He uses it to sleep, but the pillow induces nightmares in him like with the others, and he is soon possessed to get rid of Kirby. He and the other possessed Dream Landers head to Kirby's House, but before they can do anything, the possession is broken when Meta Knight and his soldiers reveal the Noddys inside the pillows. "Because, unfortunately, this is the only junk we can get!"

Secondary character In this episode, Sir Ebrum and his family go to Gangu's toy store to buy Kirby a robotic toy playmate. Later on, when they introduce the toy to Kirby, Sir Ebrum celebrates with the others when it comes to life, though Kirby is initially afraid of it. "To Kirby, and his battery-powered playmate!"

The Thing About the Ring

Primary character Sir Ebrum plays a leading role in this episode. The central conflict of the story revolves around how he is trying to present Lady Like's engagement ring to her on their anniversary, as he had failed to do so during their wedding and on every anniversary up to this point due to various bad luck and mishaps. This time, he loses the ring when Kirby thinks it is candy and tries to eat it, but spits it out the window after finding it unpalatable. Not knowing that Kirby is responsible, Sir Ebrum pleads with his kids and Kirby to try and find the ring with him. While the ring changes hands several times, Sir Ebrum and the others search town desperately for the ring. Eventually, however, Sir Ebrum needs to retire from the search in order to keep Lady Like company during their anniversary date. Despite a concerted effort and many close calls, Kirby and the kids are ultimately unable to recover the ring before the anniversary dinner at Kawasaki's. They report their lack of success to Sir Ebrum at their table, but there appear to be no hard feelings from Lady Like. At that moment, however, Chef Kawasaki shows up with the fish that ate the ring, which Kirby recognizes. After Kirby tackles the fish, he presents the recovered ring to Sir Ebrum, who then puts it on Lady Like's finger, resolving the predicament. "Though we've been married for years, I've never given your mother a ring!" This episode marks Sir Ebrum's first leading role.

Later on, during the impromptu karaoke contest, after the others try to sing, Sir Ebrum has a chance to get on the stage and belt out a tune, but he becomes dissatisfied with his song and tries to improvise on the spot, causing the rest of the contestants to get fed up and tackle him for the mike. *singing* "Theeey saay those hip-cats; never sleep...in Cappy Town!" *stops singing* "Hmm... I need something that rocks! That's it! Cappy Town Rock!"
A Dental Dilemma

Secondary character In this episode, Sir Ebrum chides Tuff to brush his teeth after dinner, which Tuff initially resists. After facing pressure from the rest of the family, however, Tuff tries to get through brushing as quickly as he can, but this only makes Sir Ebrum and the others more upset at him. Later on, when Tuff develops a painful cavity, Sir Ebrum and the others restrain him and force him to go to Doctor Yabui's to get his teeth drilled. Sir Ebrum is largely out of the picture after Tuff (and King Dedede) escape from the dental office. "You brush too fast!"

Though with great reservation, he tries Chef Kawasaki's cooking and to his surprise, finds it to be quite delicious, thanks to the added Gijira Extract, which Tiff then explains to the crowd. Shortly after, when Kirby swallows the entire case of extract, he hallucinates Sir Ebrum as being made of chocolate with cake rolls for hair. "I wish there was some way of avoiding this..."

Cooking Up Trouble

Primary character Sir Ebrum takes a leading role in this episode. When Lady Like goes out for a night of fun with her friends, Sir Ebrum is left to prepare dinner for the kids, which is something he has not really done before. He initially suggests taking them to Kawasaki's, but this is quickly shot down. Instead, he decides to prepare them a pot roast which the kids and Kirby find to be quite delicious, despite their initial expectations. When Lady Like returns home and tries some, she remarks on how much better of a cook Sir Ebrum is than he'd let on. When she tells her friends about the meal, they in turn spread the gossip that Sir Ebrum is an excellent cook, causing the male Cappies to become anxious to impress their wives by learning to cook. In truth, however, Sir Ebrum is not a great cook, as he only really knows how to prepare that one kind of meal, but he is not given much of a chance to admit this before being appointed as the head judge of a cooking competition at Castle Dedede as part of a ploy to assemble a cooking robot from the tools the Cappies bought. At the competition, Tiff spills the beans about her father's real skill level, which Sir Ebrum corroborates, but Tiff defends her father by telling everyone that Sir Ebrum cooked for them out of love, not to impress them. "Kawasaki's is the best restaurant in Cappy Town, possibly because it's the only restaurant in Cappy Town!"

Later on, when the people of Dream Land find out the truth about the air conditioner units they bought from King Dedede, Lady Like demands that Sir Ebrum find some way to help Kirby fight off the monster that opened the ozone hole over Dream Land. Sir Ebrum catches up with King Dedede as he is setting up cannons to fire at Kirby and his friends up in their hot air balloon, but is ultimately ineffectual. "Whatever are you doing up in a tree?"
