"Mini-Game"[conjectural title] is a theme from Kirby's Dream Land 3 associated with the Mini-Games in the third stage of each level, as well as MG-5. It was composed by Jun Ishikawa.
Composition[edit]
"Mini-Game" is a relatively short and playful theme in Mixolydian C and 4/4. It has abundant accidentals, including such that blur the line between major and minor. Also present are syncopations in the melody. This melody goes back and forth at a quick pace, first played by a flute-like instrument, and eventually a trumpet in a climactic descending passage ending in repeated notes not unlike the phrases of "Stage: Comical". The accompaniment is simple, not venturing beyond tonic, subdominant and dominant.

Kirby's Dream Land 3[edit]
In Kirby's Dream Land 3, the theme plays during the Heart Star games of Grass Land - Stage 3, Ripple Field - Stage 3, Sand Canyon - Stage 3, Cloudy Park - Stage 3, and Iceberg - Stage 3, as well as the respective Mini-Games in MG-5.
Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards[edit]
While not directly appearing in Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards, the "Battle with Friends" themes ("Battle with Friends: Waddle Dee", "Battle with Friends: Adeleine", "Battle with Friends: King Dedede") are derived from "Mini-Game", each in their own unique way while borrowing elements from the original theme.
Kirby: Nightmare in Dream Land[edit]

In Kirby: Nightmare in Dream Land, another partial remix of this theme appears as the theme for the Bomb Rally Sub-Game. This variant shares similarities with the aforementioned "Battle with Friends: King Dedede".
Kirby's Return to Dream Land / Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe[edit]

Kirby's Return to Dream Land and its remake feature a new partial arrangement in the form of "Ninja Dojo - Title". This arrangement is also similar to "Battle with Friends: Waddle Dee".
Kirby: Planet Robobot[edit]
In Kirby: Planet Robobot, the original version of "Mini-Game" plays in the puzzle rooms of Gigabyte Grounds - Stage 7 EX.
