Later on, King Dedede can be seen with a cold complaining to the Sales Guy about the monster's actions and demanding a refund, but the Sales Guy gleefully points out that per their undisclosed contract, "Kracko can't be sent backo!" *chuckles* "Sorry, your Majesty, but our contract states that Kracko can't be sent backo!"

Regardless, The Sales Guy suggests to the King that they use Walky to hatch a scheme to get Kirby transported to eNeMeE's Fortress via a karaoke contest, and demonstrates the efficacy of the plan on Escargoon when he mocks it. Later on, the Sales Guy helps host the contest directly when everyone is eager to participate, and successfully lures Kirby to the stage where he is promptly beamed to the fortress. However, since Kirby had obtained the Mike Copy Ability from Walky, his singing causes all the monsters waiting for him on the other side to be defeated, and the Sales Guy, wracked with pain from the noise, is forced to send Kirby back. The Sales Guy explains that Erasem is a very small monster, so he may need to search the castle for it. "Erasem is one of the tinier monsters in our inventory. Try searching the castle with a magnifying glass."
Monster Management
E40 Salesguy.png
Secondary character In this episode, after the mini monsters wreak havoc in Dream Land, King Dedede dials up the N.M.E. Sales Guy demanding an explanation for this unprompted delivery. The Sales Guy explains that this is part of a new "Monster Management" program, then introduces their new manager in Knuckle Joe. Later on, Knuckle Joe returns and asks the Sales Guy to send their strongest monster Masher in to finish Kirby off, convincing him to do so by explaining that Kirby has been made weak fighting all the little guys. When it is eventually revealed that Knuckle Joe had been playing a trick on N.M.E. the whole time, and Masher is destroyed, The N.M.E. Later on, after Mabel diffuses the situation by showing King Dedede the distant red star that was presumably the source of his paranoia, and that it won't be approaching any time soon, the Sales Guy decides that he ought to "speed up the process". The plan nearly succeeds, but is foiled at the last minute by Meta Knight. Seeing this, the Sales Guy decides to send the monster Gabon in to drag Kirby in directly, but this too fails, and the house burns down as a result of Kirby torching the monster. "It didn't work, D! I'll have to send a monster to carry Kirby back here by force!"

Later on, however, it is revealed that the robot is secretly stealing everything of value from the castle and sending it through the Monster Delivery System as the Sales Guy watches on, as an attempt to collect on Dedede's overdue bill. The Sales Guy agrees to send him the monster Flame Feeder. Later on, when Kirby defeats this monster and the tourists leave, the Sales Guy reports that the ratings received were unsatisfactory, and he rejects the King's bid to make his kingdom a tourist destination. "As far as tourism goes, Sire, here's my opinion. You might as well rename Dream Land "Snoozeville"!"
Cartoon Buffoon
E49 Salesguy.png
Secondary character In this episode, King Dedede makes an offer to the N.M.E. Sales Guy to produce a cartoon series to be broadcast over the N.M.E. network, and the Sales Guy agrees to this, providing start-up capital for the project and threatening to turn it into a bill if they don't deliver. Shortly before the show is set to air, the Sales Guy taunts Dedede, correctly expecting that the show will not meet expectations. After the disastrous showing, the Sales Guy demands recoupment for the investment, citing that the show had to be "professional quality", but Dedede slips out of it by promising to produce more episodes for free, this time without the help of the Dream Landers. "I just re-read our contract, King D, and it states that the show has to be of professional quality!"

The Sales Guy tells Dedede that he has formed a psychic bond with the dolls, causing him to experience whatever they do, then leaves him to his fate. *laughs* "I forgot to tell you! Now you're stuck with the junk, Big D!"
Sweet and Sour Puss
E55 Salesguy.png
Tertiary character In this episode, Escargoon rings up the N.M.E. Sales Guy to get an explanation for King Dedede's strange passivity. The Sales Guy explains that it is due to the monster Togeira being implanted inside Dedede's head and siphoning his anger. Escargoon is delighted at this news, because he believes this means he can abuse Dedede as much as he wants without reprisal, but fails to stick around long enough to learn that Togeira has a limit. Later on, after Kirby has pacified the Scarfies using the Hammer ability, Dedede tries to return them, but since they had since multiplied into many hundreds of Scarfies, the Sales Guy explains that, per the contract, he cannot take them back for free. "I'd love to help you out, but we've got a no-return policy once they've multiplied, unless of course we can work something out."

Fitness Fiend
E61 Salesguy.png
Tertiary character In this episode, a plan hatched by N.M.E. and King Dedede to make Kirby morbidly obese through potato chips is complicated by the fact that King Dedede ate too many of those chips himself and also became big and bloated. To alleviate the situation, King Dedede calls the N.M.E. Sales Guy and asks for a fitness trainer to get him back in shape. In response, the Sales Guy sends the monster Max Flexer who proceeds to send both Kirby and Dedede through a strenuous and potentially lethal musical exercise regimen. "Don't worry your little head! Something to Sneeze At

Primary character In this episode, the N.M.E. Sales Guy tries to solicit King Dedede and Escargoon into buying another monster so that he can meet his quota and win "Employee of the Year". King Dedede initially refuses this offer, pointing out his massive debt that he doesn't intend to repay, so the Sales Guy signs off for the moment to await another opportunity. A short time later, such an opportunity arises when everyone in Dream Land proceeds to catch a seasonal head cold, except for King Dedede and Kirby. King Dedede is led to believe through a throwaway comment from Escargoon that only smart people can catch the cold, so Dedede tries to confirm this by talking to the Sales Guy again, egged on by another prank played on him to make him believe that Kirby got sick as well. Playing into the King's gullibility, the Sales Guy tells him that indeed only smart people can get sick, helped by the fact that he himself is suffering from a cold as well. As a "remedy", the Sales Guy suggests the King order his Head Cold Monsters and swallow them, so Dedede agrees to do so.

With this transaction made, King Dedede is delighted to find that he has indeed gotten sick by ingesting the monsters. After gloating about it for a while, however, he realizes that being sick is miserable, so he calls the Sales Guy again and demands a cure. The Sales Guy sells him a shrink ray and tells him to use it on Kirby, and then swallow Kirby so that he can inhale the cold monsters inside him. However, the plan ultimately fails at the last minute when King Dedede is compelled to sneeze Kirby back out before the cold monsters could be inhaled, leaving Dedede to suffer through the cold naturally. While recovering, the Sales Guy gloats that due to his recent sales, he managed to win the title he was looking for, rubbing Dedede's face in it.

"Yes, it's a proven scientific factoid. Cold germs hate to infect dim-witted creatures because they spend days in an empty head with nothing to do. It gets pretty boring up there, so they leave to find somebody smarter." *coughs* This marks the N.M.E. Sales Guy's first leading role in an episode.

Later on, when King Dedede and Escargoon try to collect the earnings from this sale, they find all the money bins empty. The Sales Guy explains that all the cash was sent directly from the machines to N.M.E. as part of the payment plan. Later on, when King Dedede gets his Waddle Dees back, he is forced to use these machines to order his own tea instead of having it served to him. "It's a simple case of economics, D-Man! King Dedede agrees to this, and proceeds to decorate the museum, not having actually looked at the art in question. Later on, when Dedede is horrified by the art and humiliated when everyone laughs at his own painting, Dedede goes back to the Sales Guy and demands an artist to clean up his image and make "better" art. The Sales Guy sends him the monster Paint Roller, not knowing that Dedede is about to use this monster to vandalize all the paintings he was lent. "Sorry, D, we're fresh out of artists, but I could send you a monster!"
Right Hand Robot
E78 Salesguy.png

Sales Guy in a desperate bid to receive machine parts in order to repair his Escar-droid and make it so the robot will refuse orders to do harm. The N.M.E. Dedede pushes the buttons, turning the droid into a dangerous war machine that Kirby later needs to defeat. "All I'm tryin' to tell you, Big-D, is that you'll get a kick out of those buttons on its shell!"
