- This article is about the Last Battle Ability from Kirby Super Star/Kirby Super Star Ultra. For Kirby's spaceship in the anime series, see Kirby's Starship.
Kirby's Starship is used in the Nova stage in the Milky Way Wishes stage of Kirby Super Star and its remake. Originally known as the Shooting ability, the Starship forms by combining the stars from each planet Kirby has visited, allowing Kirby to chase down Galactic Nova as he tries to grant Marx's wish to control Pop Star. In this manner, the Starship is considered a Last Battle Ability akin to the Star Rod.
While riding the Starship, Kirby is capable of rapidly firing stars at his opponent and flying at impressive speeds. However, the Starship is not capable of flying through enemies but rather is much better at evading them and bombarding them with star-like projectiles. In Kirby Super Star Ultra, the Starship is also used to fight Kabula, King Dedede's airship guardian.
In Kirby's Epic Yarn, the Starship is referenced by the similar Metamortex transformation called the Star Shooter.

Trivia
- In Kirby Super Star Ultra, when Starship is first used, the 7 stars collected from the planets of Milky Way Wishes summon it, but in the fight against Kabula, the three Sparkling Stars obtained from the previous levels of Revenge of the King summon it.
- In Kirby: Triple Deluxe, one of the unique Keychains resembles the in-game sprite of Starship Kirby from Kirby Super Star. This keychain can be found in Lollipop Land - Stage 1.
