Kirby gained the mysterious Mouthful Mode ability after he flew through that vortex... Now he can stuff an entire roller coaster into his mouth! Zip along the rails, and tilt left or right to dodge. Everybody strap in, because the Spaceship Wondaria is blasting into the future! Wheee!
— Figure description for Coaster-Mouth Kirby from Kirby and the Forgotten Land

Coaster Mouth is a Mouthful Mode that involves Kirby wrapping himself around a roller coaster car in order to take control of it, allowing him to ride the roller coaster rail. While riding, Kirby moves forward automatically, changing speed depending on whether he is moving up or down the track. All he can do while riding is tilt left or right to dodge enemies, grab items, or hit switches. As such, this is one of the few Mouthful Modes that cannot be used to fight enemies. Kirby cannot discard this Mouthful Mode until he finishes riding.
