Burn-Needle is a Power Combo in Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards, gained by combining Burn and Needle, which allows Kirby to shoot flaming arrows in arcing paths. When doing so, Kirby takes the form of a bow and arrow, complete with string, and cannot move until he has fired the arrow.

When in bow form, Kirby will hold until releasing the arrow. Holding longer will fire it at a higher angle, with the highest possible angle being when the arrow touches the ground. Inversely, firing immediately causes the arrow to fly straight forward, but doesn't go nearly as far. Once fired, the arrow will damage anything it hits, leaving a lingering fire for a short while afterward.

Like the other abilities in Kirby 64, this ability does not change Kirby's physical appearance in any way until it is used.
