Twizzy is a flying enemy which appears in many early Kirby games. It is a (usually) yellow bird resembling a chick with a proportionally large head. When seen, Twizzies usually fly up and then fly left or right, leaving the screen, though they can also be seen flying in wave-like lines. This method of attack is similar to Bronto Burt, and like their more ubiquitous counterparts, Twizzies do not give any Copy Abilities when swallowed.
Twizzy is closely related to Tookey, a similar enemy who resembles a mature equivalent to Twizzy. Another similar enemy appears in Kirby's Dream Land 2 known as Crack-Tweet, though this enemy is distinct in that it emerges from an egg before attacking.
Kirby's Dream Land
Twizzy makes its debut appearance in the very first Kirby game, appearing in Green Greens. It is worth 400 points when defeated, and is replaced by Tookey in the Extra Game.
Kirby's Adventure/Kirby: Nightmare in Dream Land
Twizzy returns in this game and its remake, acting much the same as before.
Twizzy can be found in the following levels and stages:
Kirby's Pinball Land
Twizzy appears in the Kracko Land board, and may appear between two Cloudys on occasion in the middle part of the board when one of them is hit. It is worth 2400 points when defeated.
Kirby's Block Ball
Twizzy appears in this title as a common enemy worth 300 points when defeated. It drops food when defeated.
Kirby Super Star (Ultra)
Twizzy reappears in this game and its remake, appearing alongside Tookey instead of being replaced by it. In Revenge of the King, Twizzy is replaced by Croucars.
Twizzy can be found in the following places in Kirby Super Star and Kirby Super Star Ultra:
Twizzy appears as one of the drawings in the Kirby: Canvas Curse Boss Game Paint Panic.
