Game-Shop Waddle Dee runs the Game Parlor in Waddle Dee Town, which is unlocked after the player both completes Wondaria Remains and rescues 180 Waddle Dees. He is an ally to Kirby and will let him play the Sub-Game Tilt-and-Roll Kirby in exchange for Star Coins.

To obtain the figure of Game-Shop Waddle Dee, the player must complete all three boards in Tilt-and-Roll Kirby on standard difficulty.
