Souvenir Shop Waddle Dee is a character in Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe. They operate a Souvenir Shop in Merry Magoland, which can be accessed upon completion of Cookie Country - Stage 2. They wear a blue bow tie and a peakless blue cap with both red and yellow stripes, as well as a white star. If spoken to, they will offer Kirby and his friends the option to wear Dress-Up Masks or to take along a Souvenir Item.

After Merry Magoland has been unlocked, they can be found standing outside the Lor Starcutter, in the various level hubs in the Main Mode, and in the lobby for The Arena and The True Arena, once again giving Kirby the option to wear a Dress-Up Mask or to take along a Souvenir Item.
