- This article is about the stage in Natural Plains involving Bomb, and should not be confused with Triple Strike! Over Freezing Water.
Triple Strike! Bowling for Switches (Bomb Treasure for short) is a stage in Treasure Road, found in Natural Plains. This stage tasks Kirby with completing a challenge revolving around the use of Bomb, requiring him to bowl them down slopes to hit switches. The stage is unlocked after completing Through the Tunnel. It is marked by one star of difficulty and has a stage time of three and a half minutes (three minutes in Wild Mode), with a target time of 30 seconds.
Stage details[edit]
This stage consists of five main areas. In the first, Kirby needs to bowl down a slope to hit three switches to make the warp pad activate. This takes him to a second platform consisting of thin walkways and isolated slopes with three more switches, and a Poppy Bros. Jr. in the middle. Once these are dealt with, Kirby can warp to the third platform, which features three separate slopes and switches guarded by patrolling Bronto Burts. The fourth platform from there is similar to the first, but it has lines of Gordos patrolling it. The last platform contains the Rare Stone, and is guarded by five Awoofies, who can be all knocked out at once with a well-timed bomb bowl.
Tips[edit]
The following are tips on how to attain the target time for this stage:
- Thirty seconds sounds tight, but it is manageable if Kirby takes the little bit of extra time needed to position for a correct bowl on each switch.
- Kirby should be mindful of where the Gordos are moving before he throws his bombs in the fourth area.
