Mayor Len Blustergas is a supporting character who appears exclusively in Kirby: Right Back at Ya!. He is a Cappy residing in Cappy Town, operating as the local authority under King Dedede. He has a wife named Hana who he has been married to for over 40 years, three grandchildren, a butler, and a flock of sheep; all of whom live in a spacious but still somewhat modest villa just outside of Cappy Town proper. Unlike a typical Cappy, Mayor Len sports a mustache and wears formal attire. It is unknown what he actually does in town, but it is worth noting that in the episode Junk Jam, Chief Bookem accuses him of having the power to handle sanitation problems, while the mayor names the chief head of the "Trash Removal Task Force."

Mayor Len Blustergas can be generally described as an old eccentric man with lots of energy despite his age. He is somewhat of a windbag, and often represents the Cappies when they have a complaint for King Dedede, but otherwise does not do a whole lot of work around the town proper. Based on his possessions, Mayor Len is likely the richest man in town, as he is the only Cappy who owns a personal automobile. While it is not known exactly how old Mayor Len is, he has been married to Hana for over 40 years, and has dentures in place of teeth. One of Mayor Len's recurring hobbies is photography, and he is often seen carrying an old-fashioned film camera.
