Iron Mam (originally known as Iron Mom) is an armored Mid-Boss in Kirby Super Star and its remake. She fights by winding up punches and ramming into Kirby. When inhaled, Kirby gains the Fighter ability.

In Kirby Super Star, Iron Mom is first found in the Dyna Blade main game, and is later found in Revenge of Meta Knight and Milky Way Wishes. In Dyna Blade, she is unique among enemies because she moves on the map. If Kirby comes into contact with her, he is sent to Stage E, where he must fight her. Her alternate color palette shows her in green armor and with a yellow bow.

Iron Mam can also be found as the final competitor in Megaton Punch. Where she wears black armor, a headband and has hair tied in a ponytail.
