Waddle Dee's Weapons Shop is a building in Waddle Dee Town that is constructed after completing Natural Plains in Kirby and the Forgotten Land. The shop's logo features a blueprint and the hat of the Sword ability. Here, Kirby can freely equip any Copy Ability he has come across on his adventures, and also have them evolved by the shop's owner: Weapons-Shop Waddle Dee. In addition to these services, Weapons-Shop Waddle Dee can also power-up normal and evolved abilities later in the game once story mode is completed. Weapons-Shop Waddle Dee will also give Kirby advice when spoken to; due to the absence of Copy Ability command lists in Kirby and the Forgotten Land, the names and button executions of some moves are mentioned by Weapons-Shop Waddle Dee.
When first entering the shop, Weapons-Shop Waddle Dee will provide the blueprints for Chakram Cutter and Volcano Fire, and give Kirby the funds he needs to evolve one of them. From then on, blueprints need to be found in order to unlock other evolved abilities for purchase.
The shop also acts as a Copy Ability Room, as Kirby can obtain Copy Abilities by inhaling the hats on display, and the right side inside the building is also home to a testing room, where Kirby can try out attacks on Mr. Sandbag. Abilities that have not yet been acquired in a stage will not be available in the Weapons Shop, the only exceptions being Fire and Cutter, that are available regardless upon unlocking the shop.
Inventory
Waddle Dee's Weapons Shop has the following items in its inventory. Standard Copy Abilities do not need to be purchased, but evolutions and power-ups each cost Star Coins and Rare Stones:

Power-up costs
Upon completing Lab Discovera, Weapons-Shop Waddle Dee will start offering to power-up Copy Abilities and Evolved Abilities, increasing their attack power while keeping everything else the same. Each ability can be powered-up a different number of times depending on its starting power (half power-levels are rounded up for pricing purposes). The cost for each power-level upgrade can be summarized as follows:
- Power-up from level 1 to level 2: 1000 Star Coins, 2 Rare Stones
- Power-up from level 2 to level 3: 1000 Star Coins, 2 Rare Stones
- Power-up from level 3 to level 4: 1000 Star Coins, 2 Rare Stones
- Power-up from level 4 to level 5: 1200 Star Coins, 3 Rare Stones
- Power-up from level 5 to max: 2500 Star Coins, 5 Rare Stones
