Deep Sleep is an Evolved Copy Ability based on Sleep that appears in Kirby and the Forgotten Land. Kirby can take a brief nap that fully heals him (33.4% health times 3), as well as giving him one random boost to his attack, speed, or health.
The chances of receiving one random boost are as follows:
- Life Up: 20%
- Attack Up: 40%
- Speed Boost: 40%
The effect time of Attack/Speed Boost from Deep Sleep cannot exceed 200 seconds.

- Deep Sleep is the sole copy ability where Kirby can be seen with his eyes half-closed.
