If Kirby or Meta Knight approaches its face, the turtle will attempt to eat him, and if successful, the player will have to mash the + Control Pad or Circle Pad to allow Kirby or Meta Knight to escape. Sleepy Turtle[Japanese title] is a large enemy that debuted in Kirby: Planet Robobot. It only appears in the first stage of Rhythm Route, and can only be dealt with via the Robobot Armor's Mike Mode or with Meta Knight's Galaxia Darkness.[1]

Sleepy Turtle spends most of its time sleeping in its location, covering up items and other things. If Kirby or Meta Knight approaches its face, the turtle will attempt to eat him, and if successful, the player will have to mash the + Control Pad or Circle Pad to allow Kirby or Meta Knight to escape. Touching any other part of the turtle will not hurt Kirby or Meta Knight.
