A Code Cube is a collectible in Kirby: Planet Robobot. They resemble dice blocks, but are dark blue and covered in circuitry patterns and lights. Up to three can be found in each stage, and often, puzzles will need to be solved to obtain them. Like Sun Stones from Kirby: Triple Deluxe, they are required to unlock the boss stages, as well as the EX stages. Once a Code Cube has been collected, subsequent visits will only yield a grayed-out hologram of the cube, which will yield ten Point Stars when collected.

Code Cube Distribution[edit]

Each stage contains anywhere from 1 to 3 Code Cubes, with the exception of boss stages. There are 100 in total. Collecting all of them awards Kirby with the President Haltmann sticker.

For information on where to find each Code Cube, look at the stage pages for each level in Kirby: Planet Robobot.

Other appearances[edit]

Aside from being collectibles, Code Cubes appear in other variations during certain boss battles:

  • Similar-looking black cubes with purple circuitry patterns also make up some parts of the arena used during the President Haltmann boss battle, with some floating outside the arena.
  • Star Dream (and Star Dream Soul OS by extension) also uses special types of Code Cubes (called グランドICキューブ or Grand Code Cubes) to attack the Halberd with. These can be destroyed and used as ammo for the Planet Buster.
