Labotory (also known as Labo for short) is an enemy that debuted in Kirby: Planet Robobot. It is a small round creature with a physique similar to Kirby. It wears a gray body suit with a scuba mask and wields a flail, which it extends toward Kirby to do him harm. It can be swallowed, but yields no Copy Ability.

• The name 'Labotory' is a slight contraction of the word 'Laboratory', which is a clue as to where these enemies can mainly be found.
• According to official comments from the “Kirby: Planet Robobot Drawing and Screenshot Challenge”, Labotories are the science staff for the Haltmann Works Company, and mainly develop the weapons the company uses. They were hired from another planet, and are deeply loyal to the company, singing its anthem every morning.
