Old Odyssey - Stage 1 is the first stage in Old Odyssey. There are three Sun Stones and 3 keychains in this stage. The rare keychain is one depicting Whispy Woods.

Overview[edit]

The stage begins on a set of small cliffs, with Waddle Dee Train tracks running through them. A cannon at the end leads to the next area, which is a cannon chain room.

After the cannons, Kirby finds himself on a dual hillside. A cannon can be accessed at the top to the right.

The next area is one with more trains rolling by. From there, the Miracle Fruit appears, which lets Kirby eat the trains as they approach.

In the last area, Kirby will have to contend with the Gigant Chicks before finding the stage exit.

Sun Stone & Rare Keychain Guide[edit]

  • Sun Stone 1 - On the dual hillside, Kirby needs to find his way to the background path, and can do so by breaking a Bomb Block off the left edge of the cliff. From there, a breakable floor chunk reveals a side door which leads to a minor Tilt Cannon puzzle. The stone can be found in here.
  • Sun Stone 2 - One of the trains is carrying a Treasure Chest. Kirby can use Hypernova to eat the train and obtain the chest, which has this stone inside.
  • Sun Stone 3 - Shortly after the trains, Kirby can find a Mandola Root which he can use to reveal a locked door and a Key to the lock. Entering the door allows Kirby to obtain the stone after dealing with another root puzzle.
  • Rare Keychain - In the second Waddle Dee Train area, Kirby can find a Bomb Block in the floor. This opens up a small tunnel in the side of a hill which leads to a chamber containing this keychain.
