Stappy[Japanese title] is a larger variant of Tappy that appears in Kirby Mass Attack. It is similar in look to the smaller Tappy, but has spikes on its lower half. Stappy also has a more detailed face which cheek blush similar to that of Kirby, making it somewhat resemble Bouncy and its relatives. When Stappy spins, it creates a sandstorm that will obscure the player's view. Once the dust is kicked up, Stappy may turn upside-down, giving the Kirbys an opportunity to attack. Defeating Stappy confers 500 points onto the player.
Stappy is not mentioned by name by Daroach, but he does reference it as an enemy which can "stir up a sandstorm". Stappy is also not given a name outside of the original Japanese release.
Locations[edit]
Stappy appears only in Sandy Canyon - Stage 4.
