Cool Spook[1] is one of the rarest enemies in the Kirby series, appearing in Kirby's Adventure and its remake, Kirby: Nightmare in Dream Land. It resembles a tall, white or brownish teru teru bōzu doll, but also bears similarities to a stereotypical ghost. Its bottom part is conical while its head is round with a face consisting solely of a pair of dark sunglasses. Above its head is a halo, a ring of light typically associated with angels.

Cool Spooks float around in certain rooms, and give the rare Light Copy Ability when swallowed; with the exception of ability combinations, they are the only source for this ability. Due to the Light ability being used to only light up areas, Cool Spooks are almost always found roaming dark sections, with only a single well-lit room containing them.
