Weird Woods is the final stage of Grass Land in Kirby's Epic Yarn and Kirby's Extra Epic Yarn. To unlock it, Kirby must get the Firecracker Patch by completing the Mole Hole level. This level is based on the Saucer transformation which the player must use to defeat two Wicked Willows. As Kirby traverses the dark forest, he is met with Yarn Waddle Dees, Bronto Burts, Shotzos mounted on ceilings and the occasional rotating wheel of spikes.

After throwing the Firecracker Patch, nothing happens for a short moment, then the firecracker goes off, waking a sleeping owl and causing it to fly off, unfurling the drape it was perched on in the process.
