Digger is a Metamortex transformation in Kirby's Epic Yarn and Kirby's Extra Epic Yarn, which places Kirby and Prince Fluff inside a specialized digging machine.
Abilities[edit]
This transformation turns Kirby and Prince Fluff into two separate claw-wielding digging machines only slightly larger than their usual forms. While in this form, Kirby can dig through fluff in four different directions, with the upward motion allowing him to ascend for as far as he can dig. Under certain circumstances, when digging upward out of a pile of fluff, Kirby can use the momentum to leap much higher than he is normally able to jump when in this form, though this is seldom actually needed to solve any platforming challenges in the game. Otherwise, the Digger is capable only of moving left and right and jumping a short distance.
