Whispy Woods Course - Hole 5 is the fifth hole of Whispy Woods Course in Kirby's Dream Course. It features a board that opens up toward the right, creating the first real potential to fall OB in this course. It also introduces the Day and Night Switch.
Summary[edit]
This board is a somewhat narrow one, surrounded by bumper walls in the lower-left area which opens up gradually to slopes on the upper-right that are unbounded, creating the very real danger of going OB. Kirby and Keeby start in the lower-left, just behind Whispy Woods. Up ahead, three neutral enemies can be found. The last of which - Mr. P. Umpkin - can be found hovering behind the Day and Night Switch, and just beyond are the slopes leading downward to the unbounded areas.
Extra Game[edit]
In the Extra Game, the starting position is moved slightly further to the upper-right. The line-up of enemies has been changed, with the most notable addition being a UFO hovering above the original starting position in the main game. There are now two Mr. P. Umpkins, and two Whispy Woods, moved up toward the upper-right.
