Buzz Saw[1] is an item which appears in the Top Ride mode of Kirby Air Ride. It appears randomly during standard races, dropping onto the course. When touched by a racer, two spinning saws appear on the sides of the racer's vehicle, and will remain there for roughly 8 seconds. While active, Kirby can use these saws to attack his rivals on each side of him. Riding up next to them will cause them to be struck, then knocked away.

The Buzz Saw can be knocked off prematurely if the racer is hit, performs a Quick Spin or falls into a stage hazard.
