WiKirby:Project Clean-Up

This is a more condensed and easier to follow version of maintenance categories and special pages in one collective place. Most sections should have explanations of what to do. Feel free to edit this page, but please remove content when it is completed.

This project is run by Trig Jegman. Feel free to leave a message or talk in his own personal Wikirby updates channel on his Discord.

Unused Content[edit]

Either use em, delete em, or tag them with a 'Not-unused' template. It may also be helpful to make a template/category with a hidden box for things like templates or categories to be removed from the category without having a big box that says that it was removed from being unused.

Categories[edit]

Templates[edit]

Wanted Content[edit]

Red links. Some of these are pages that need to be made while a majority are things that just need directly changed on the used page. Some might be old names that didn't have a redirect or others may simply be unresolved typos.

Pages/Categories/Templates[edit]

Image Licensing[edit]

These images have been tagged with the Copyright template, which is a broad catch-all for files to be linked. The files below should have their licensing changed to a more specific variety like game-screenshot or game-sprite. I have only added files that I am confident will need some changes to their licensing, so this category will not likely be emptied. If working on this section, it is preferred that several files are changed instead of updating one at a time.

OGG to OGA[edit]

Also remove extraneous punctuation, especially periods, and other fluff. Files should not utilize any symbol unless absolutely necessary. Smart punctuation should be converted to straight. Accents should be converted to the closest keyboard counterpart.

Templates of questionable necessity[edit]

  • Template:OT probably will only be addressed in speech. Categorizing and templating is/should not be needed.

Improvements[edit]

Font renames mostly because they are similar to the extension period.
