The tenth page of Elline's Secret Diary depicts Seventopia and explains briefly how the realm was created.
Seventopia is a realm made of clay where much of [[Kirby and the Rainbow Curse|Template:KatRC KatRP]] takes place. It was created by Claycia, using color stolen from Planet Popstar. Seventopia has seven distinct floating worlds out in space; each of them representing a different color. After freeing Claycia from Dark Crafter's influence and destroying the beast, it is not clear what ends up happening to Seventopia, but the colors that were used to build it are returned to Popstar after the fact.
