Challenge 22 is the twenty-second stage of Challenge Mode in Kirby and the Rainbow Curse. It is unlocked by collecting 50 Treasure Chests from stages in Story Mode.

Overview[edit]

Challenge 22 is a One-Minute Challenge, divided into four rooms with 15 seconds per room. The rooms are as follows:

Room Description
KatRC Challenge Room 22-1.png
Room 1
This room is mostly filled with cloud platforms which quickly get eaten away by falling Gordos. Kirby will need to make his way around these Gordos to get the treasure chest in the upper-left area of the room.

Room 2
The treasure chest in this room is supported by a long Bomb Block barrier, with the bomb block itself located to the right, while the chest on on the left side. Kirby starts underneath, and can ride the air current coming from the bottomless pit below to get to the bomb block. Once he hits it, though, he will need to be quick to get the chest before it falls into the abyss.

Room 3
This room has thin floors with four Spear Cottas on standby. Kirby needs to defeat all four to make the chest appear on the top floor.

Room 4
This room keeps Kirby aloft on a strong wind current. There are eight Bronto Burts in this room flying up and down. Kirby can make use of an Ink Bottle and some Candy to help him defeat them, which will make the chest appear in the upper-middle of the room.
