Nyupun[Japanese title] is a minor character from Kirby's Dream Land 3. Gender unknown (depicted as either male or female in different mangas), Nyupun resembles ChuChu and is her friend, but is yellow and wears what looks like a sailor's cap.
Nyupun gives out a Heart Star to Kirby if he brings ChuChu to the end of Sand Canyon - Stage 5 where Nyupun appears. Nyupun also appears during the Staff credits as an illustration drawn by Ado.
Trivia
- Nyupun is referenced in the commemorative illustration made for Valentines Day and posted on the Kirby JP Twitter. ChuChu can be seen decorating a cookie made to resemble the yellow octopus.
