The Angel[Japanese title] is a friendly character from Kirby's Dream Land 3 who appears in the last stage of Iceberg. She lost the feathers that make up her wings (their hiding spots are guarded by Copy Ability-based barriers) and needs them to fly. Kirby needs to use nearly every one of his Copy Abilities to get each feather. The Angel rewards Kirby with a Heart Star once she regains her feathers and ability to fly.
