KBR Slam Hockey icon.png Slam Hockey is one of the ten Battle types in Kirby Battle Royale. Contestants are placed on a glass rink with a giant puck, with the goal being to slam the puck into each-other to score.

Four contestants and a large puck are placed in a rectangular arena. To score a point, a contestant must strike or toss the puck at one of his rivals to knock them out of the arena. When the puck is struck or tossed, it will move very quickly and ricochet off walls, gaining a light streak that represents the color of the contestant who hit it. It cannot be interrupted until this streak goes away. After 45 seconds have passed, a roulette will appear, selecting a random contestant.
