Frigis is a frozen, bird-like enemy from Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards that appears most frequently during the snow-covered stages of the Shiver Star. When ingested, it provides Kirby the Ice copy ability. Frigis flies horizontally across the sky and attacks by "dropping" chilly pellets on Kirby's head. Frigis' name is a derivative of the word "frigid". Its fiery counterpart is Burnis, though Frigis is considerably rarer.
