"Sky Courses"[1] is a music track that first appeared in Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble.
Composition[edit]
"Sky Courses" is a simple theme composed in G major and in 4/4; the track is very bubbly and light, but also sparse with its chiptune instrumentation. Most of the track is carried by background percussion, as the actual melody takes frequent rest breaks. It isn't until a brief measure in 3/4 halfway through before the song picks up a little, immediately switching back to 4/4 as the melody and other counter melodies shine. This second section of the song features a lot of repetition and rising/falling melodic action, ultimately ending with a part that winds down, and then perks back up into a looping point.

Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble[edit]
In its origin game, "Sky Courses" can be heard playing in a few of the game's stages. Specifically, it's found in Lvl 1-1, Lvl 1-2, Lvl 4-2, Lvl 4-3, Lvl 5-1, Lvl 6-2, Lvl 6-3, Lvl 8-1, and Lvl 8-3. It can also heard as Music 6 in the game's Sound Room.
In the same game, the medley used for the staff credits contains a segment using "Sky Courses"'s melody, but in a style more reminiscent of "Green Greens". This song is oddly absent from the Sound Room.
Kirby's Dream Collection Special Edition[edit]
In Kirby's Dream Collection Special Edition, "Sky Courses" plays when viewing the Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble section in Kirby's History.
Kirby's Dream Buffet[edit]
In Kirby's Dream Buffet, "Sky Courses" is an unlockable track, listed as "Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble: Memorial Song 1". Once it's unlocked at Gourmet Rank 103, it can be heard in races and Free Rolling afterward.
Other appearances[edit]
On the Kirby Memorial Arrangements album, "Sky Courses" was remixed in a medley alongside "Insane" from Kirby's Star Stacker. It is titled "Star Tumble" and can be found as track 4, having been arranged by Jun Ishikawa.
