"Bye Bye Kirby, See You Tomorrow!"[Japanese title] is the theme for the staff credits cutscene of New Challenge Stages in Kirby's Dream Collection Special Edition.

Composition[edit]

Kirby and his many friends wave at the player.

"Bye Bye Kirby, See You Tomorrow!" is a cheerful theme primarly set in C major and 4/4, featuring "A New Wind for Tomorrow" with elements of "Sky Tower". It begins with a soft and slow A major intro based on the second section of "A New Wind for Tomorrow" in 3/4, lead by piano with supporting guitar and glockenspiel. With a cymbal roll, it transitions to the main theme with a more faithful springy accompaniment. It presents the intro and first section of "A New Wind for Tomorrow" with light instrumentation, initially featuring a clarinet with a vibraphone joining near the end, and then switching to an accordion. Brass and mandolin tremolos conclude with the second section of "A New Wind for Tomorrow" in A major, now metrically aligning with the base theme. Both sections are repeated with a melodica taking the lead.

The piano then picks up the pace and begins a virtuosic improvisational accompaniment. A viola enters with the second section of "Sky Tower", eventually being smoothly replaced by the melodica. Jumping up in registers and joined by the accordion, the melodica reaches the ending of "Sky Tower", while the accordion plays a harmonically matching minor variant of "A New Wind for Tomorrow"'s melody. The first iteration of "A New Wind for Tomorrow" from the main section of this track repeats, and while the second begins the same way as well, it is eventually superseded by a version close to the original Kirby's Dream Land track, and crowd cheering effects are added to match the visuals. The ending is shortened and repeated, and a cymbal roll and bells join, marking the return of acoustic instrumentation, and brass presents one final triumphant iteration of "A New Wind for Tomorrow"'s melody.
