Lvl 1-1 is the first stage of Level 1 in Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble.
Overview[edit]
The stage begins in an enclosed area, with no hazards to speak of. Kirby can roll upward through a narrow winding hallway and collect a couple star pieces before reaching a wider room with bumpers and more stars. From here, a ? Hole will inform the player about how to use the Jump Holes up ahead. Using the first hole launches Kirby into a new room, where he can pick up some red star pieces by jumping up at them.
From there, Kirby reaches another large room where a hint board tells the player how to pop Kirby into the air by flicking the Game Boy Color. After this, Kirby can pick up some Stopwatches and get more red star pieces amidst some patrolling Waddle Dees, which can be defeated by flipping Kirby into the air. Further up, Kirby can ride a Cloud to get to the first gate.
Once Kirby is past the gate, he can head up along the main path, and stop by an alcove on the left to activate a ? Hole to make an item roulette appear. Up ahead, the path becomes somewhat more perilous, with open gaps into the sky below, bumpers, walls, and jump holes along the sides, and more stars in the air. After using a jump hole to hop along a small platform with bar bumpers on it, one more cloud ride at the end of this path will take Kirby to the goal platform.
Extra Game[edit]
In the Extra Game, there are more bumpers on the course and the Clouds move more quickly.

At the very end of the stage, this star can be found tucked away in the upper-right corner past the goal platform.
After passing through the first gate, this star can be found just to the right underneath some fragile barriers in front of an open pit.
In the room with the Waddle Dees, Kirby can head to the left past a barrier which slides open in response to tilting the Game Boy Color to reveal the star to a bonus area. In this area, Kirby can activate a ? Hole to make several stars appear which line up to resemble Kirby. |
