Dizzy resembles a spherical creature with no hands, two stubby feet, and a single horn coming out the top of its head. Its face consists of two dots for eyes and a mouth with tongue constantly sticking out. Despite its feet, Dizzy does not walk, instead spinning around as it flies through the air in straight lines. Dizzy can sometimes be found stationary, waiting for Kirby to approach before taking flight. Dizzy can also be seen bouncing off of walls, deflecting in mirror-like fashion.
