Patched Plains - Stage EX (also known as Stage 6 EX) is an optional extra stage in Patched Plains, unlocked by collecting every Code Cube from previous Patched Plains stages. There is one Code Cube and 4 Stickers in this stage. The Gold Sticker is one depicting Taranza.
Overview
The stage begins with Kirby obtaining some Robobot Armor in the lab, then using it to crank an elevator up to the door.
From there, Kirby can test out the Bomb mode of the armor in a series of puzzles.
Kirby eventually finds his way back onto the train, where he will have to ditch the armor. Then he can return to the grassy area to slide down some cylinders. Then it's back to the lab to climb a long grate.
In the last area, Kirby returns to the train to do battle with Kibble Blade 2.0. Defeating this menace reveals the way to the stage exit.

- Code Cube - After defeating Kibble Blade 2.0, this code cube can be found inside a Treasure Chest near the exit.
- Gold Sticker - In the area where the Bomb Armor Mode is used, Kirby can find an upper path after screwing the platform around, then use the Boomsteppers to open the gate and get this sticker.
