Most colors are taken from the official website. However, some corrections based on the footage of the festival are made and noted when applicable, as the website contains some errors.

02 - Kirby Through the Years: 1993-2004
  • In "Drawing Song" and "Title Screen", Kirby Pink represents Kirby
  • In "Grass Land", the colors switch depending on the Animal Friend present in the gameplay footage to represent them: Waddle Dee Orange for Rick, Another Dimension Violet for Coo, Magolor Blue for Kine
  • In "Peanut Plains", the penlights flick between Green Greens and Waddle Dee Orange, matching the color scheme of the stage
  • In "Candy Mountain", Soul Blue and Magolor Blue are used, matching the color scheme of the stage (in particular of its background)
  • In "The Last Iceberg", the colors switch depending on the Animal Friend present in the gameplay footage to represent them: Green Greens for Pitch, Waddle Dee Orange for Nago, Marx Pink for Chuchu
  • In "Heading for 0²", King Dedede Red and Waddle Dee Orange are used, matching the color scheme of the stage

  • In "Twinkle☆Stars", most penlights were colored Magolor Blue, and some Chef Kawasaki Yellow, representing the colors of the game's logo and title screen
  • In "Opening Movie" and "Let Battle Commence!", the colors most likely represent King Dedede and Kirby (with the Sword ability), with King Dedede Red and Elfilin Green respectively
  • In "The Heroes' Challenge! Quest Board / Story Quest", Kirby Pink, Chef Kawasaki Yellow, Soul Blue and Green Greens represent Team Kirby. Star White is used when the footage shows the opponent frozen in time, and later hit by a Team Meteor
  • In The Battle of Deeply Bonded Allies, King Dedede Red and Meta Knight Purple represent their namesake characters
  • In "A Great Battle for Tomorrow", Kirby Pink represents Kirby, Another Dimension Violet and Chef Kawasaki Yellow represent King Dedede's Revenge, and Rainbow likely represents the Blaster Bullet used by Kirby to finish Giant Masked Dedede
04 - Get Pumped Up! Sub-Game Medley
  • In "Samurai Kirby", King Dedede Red matches the game's main color scheme
  • In "Egg Catcher", Waddle Dee Orange, Chef Kawasaki Yellow and Star White all match the game's color scheme
  • In "Checkerboard Chase", Kirby Pink, Chef Kawasaki Yellow, Soul Blue and Green Greens represent the four playable characters
  • In "Smash Ride", Kirby Pink represents Kirby, Chef Kawasaki Yellow the Warp Stars, and King Dedede Red Spinni and the red Squeakers
    • It should be noted that "Smash Ride" sticks with the colors used for "Checkerboard Chase" at first, during the multiplayer footage, but switches to the above colors during the single player footage
  • In "Tilt-and-Roll Kirby", Kirby Pink represents Kirby and the overall colors of the sub-game
  • In "Congratulations!", Kirby Pink, Chef Kawasaki Yellow, King Dedede Red and Green Greens represent the colors of the playable Kirbys present in the result screens shown
  • (In the website, the colors for "Tilt-and-Roll Kirby" and "Congratulations!" are swapped)
05 - The Knights' Revenge Medley
  • In "Revenge of Meta Knight: Title", Meta Knight Purple represents the namesake character
  • In "VS. Meta Knight", during the Kirby Super Star footage, Meta Knight Purple represents Meta Knight, and Waddle Dee Orange the background of the battlefield, and during the Kirby: Nightmare in Dream Land footage, Magolor Blue represents Meta Knight, while Kirby Pink represents Kirby
  • In "Dark Meta Knight", Meta Knight Purple matches the color of the battlefields in both footages
  • In "The Greatest Warrior in the Galaxy", both Marx Pink and Star White represent Galacta Knight
  • In "Morpho Knight", both King Dedede Red and Waddle Dee Orange represent Morpho Knight
06 - Kirby Through the Years: 2005-2022
  • In "Opening", the many colors present match the colorfulness of the opening and artstyle of Kirby: Canvas Curse
  • In "Squeak Squad: Title", Green Greens and Elfilin Green match the greenery of the opening
  • In "Heavy Lobster", Chef Kawasaki Yellow represents Heavy Lobster, while Kirby Pink represents Kirby
  • In "Fly, Kirby!", Waddle Dee Orange represends Landia, and Another Dimension Violet represents Another Dimension. Only orange is present at first, and both colors are used once the gameplay footage switches to gameplay in Another Dimension
  • In "The World to Win", Kirby Pink and King Dedede Red represent their namesake characters for the "Last-Minute Hero" cutscene. Once gameplay footage of the battle plays, Waddle Dee Orange is used, matching the color in particular of the background of the fight
  • In "Northeast Frost Street", Magolor Blue and Star White match the colors of the song's namesake stage
07 - King Dedede Medley by HAL Laboratory Dream Band
  • In "Macho of Dedede", King Dedede Red represents the namesake character. During the Kirby's Dream Land footage, Star White is also used to represent the game's colors. During the Kirby Super Star footage, Soul Blue and Chef Kawasaki Yellow join in alongside red to represent King Dedede's full color scheme
  • In "VS. Robo Dedede", the penlights flash between Kirby Pink, Soul Blue and King Dedede Red, matching the colors of Kirby and Robo Dedede
  • In "Masked Dedede's Theme", King Dedede Red and Waddle Dee Orange are only used during the intro; when the main melody starts, Waddle Dee Orange is replaced with Star White, Soul Blue and Chef Kawasaki Yellow. At the end of the song, only King Dedede Red is used. All these five colors match the colors of King Dedede in Kirby Super Star Ultra
08 - Go Go! Kirby Race Medley
  • In "Gourmet Race", Kirby Pink and King Dedede Red represent their namesake characters
  • In "Outlaw Driver", Elfilin Green, Green Greens and Magolor Blue are used at first to represent the colors of The Arena in Kirby: Planet Robobot. Afterwards, Another Dimension Violet and King Dedede Red are used to match the colors of the Robobot Armor Wheel Mode
  • In "Circuit Speedway", Kirby Pink matches Kirby's pink color even when using Car Mouth
  • In "Top Ride: Grass", Elfilin Green and Green Greens match the colors of the Grass course
  • In "City Trial: City", Another Dimension Violet represents the main color of the City, while Chef Kawasaki Yellow represents the main color of the Warp Star
09 - Kirby Finale Battle Fest
  • In "Final Boss", Another Dimension Violet represents Nightmare's color scheme, as well as the colors of the battlefield
  • In "Vs. Marx", King Dedede Red, Soul Blue, Green Greens and Chef Kawasaki Yellow are used in the transition of the song from "Final Boss", likely reflecting Marx's colors (Red and Blue for his hat, Yellow for his wings) and Green Greens for Sword Kirby's hat. Interestingly however, right after the colors change to just Marx Pink for most of the song, which matches Marx's body color. At the end of the song, Marx Pink, King Dedede Red and Soul Blue are all used together, likely to represent Marx once again (Pink for his body, Red and Blue for his hat).
  • In "0² Battle", at first Star White and King Dedede Red are used, matching 0²'s main colors. As the piano kicks in, the colors switch to King Dedede Red and Soul Blue; these two colors represent the colors of the Ribbon's Crystal ability. Finally, Star White is used at the end, in the transition for the next song
  • In "C-R-O-W-N-E-D", King Dedede Red, Magolor Blue and Soul Blue match the overall colors of Magolor's second form
  • In "Fatal Blooms in Moonlight", at first Chef Kawasaki Yellow, Marx Pink and Green Greens are used, matching the colors of Flowered Sectonia. When the gameplay changes to footage of Soul of Sectonia, the colors change to Chef Kawasaki Yellow, Magolor Blue and Soul Blue, matching the colors of that form
  • In "Vagrant Counting Song of Retrospection", Star White and Kirby Pink are used at first, matching the colors of Star Dream and Kirby respectively. However, as soon as the background of the battle in the gameplay footage changes colors, the "Rainbow" color is used: it rapidly changes colors to match the rainbow-y background of the battle as best as possible
10 - Suite: The Star-Conquering Traveler
  • The penlights are completely off during "Prelude: Into the Distant Sea of Stars"
  • In "First Movement: Star-Crushing Fun", Another Dimension Violet matches Void Termina's colors and the colors of the battlefield overall
  • In "Second Movement: Vessel of the Embryo", King Dedede Red is used at first, matching the colors of Void Termina's heart and insides. Star White joins alongside Red at the end of the song, when the gameplay footage shows Kirby and his allies opening the heart, and only White is used once the screen turns white
  • In "Third Movement: Sorrowful Wings of the Heavens", only Another Dimension Violet is used at first, with the same role as the first movement, but as soon as Void Termina assumes his third form, Star White joins in as well. When Void Termina uses the "Crown of Evil and Obsession" attack, Star White and Soul Blue are used, representing the colors of the attack
  • In "Fourth Movement: Hope of Birth", Another Dimension Violet is used alongside Rainbow, both representing Void Termina's colors in his fourth form. Star White is used when the screen goes white, after beating the form, and lastly Another Dimension Violet and Kirby Pink for the gameplay footage afterwards, matching Void Termina and Kirby's colors respectively. The song ends with Rainbow
  • In "Final Movement: Sparkling Star", Another Dimension Violet is used at first, likely representing the Jamba Heart and its pieces. Soul Blue, King Dedede Red, and Chef Kawasaki Yellow are used to represent Francisca, Flamberge and Zan Partizanne respectively when they appear in the footage. Afterwards, during the gameplay footage of Hyness, Chef Kawasaki Yellow and Star White are used to match his colors. During the battle with Void, Star White and Rainbow are used, representing his color scheme. During Void's defeat animation, Rainbow is used, matching the many colors in said animation, and during the Kirby's Dream Land footage, both Kirby Pink and Star White are used, likely to represent both Kirby and Void. Finally, Rainbow is used again once Void getting defeated reappears, and just Star White as the screen goes white
  • In "Last Friends", the penlights are off at first, and slowly in batches they light up in Chef Kawasaki Yellow, representing Popstar. When Kirby appears to wave at the viewers, the colors switch to Kirby Pink and Star White, likely representing both Kirby and Void
11 - Special Live Performance: Green Tree Memories ~ WELCOME TO THE NEW WORLD!
  • In "Green Tree Memories from Kirby", at first only Kirby Pink is used, representing the main pink Kirby. In the second verse of the lyrics, Chef Kawasaki Yellow, Magolor Blue and Green Greens join in that order once the lyrics mention 二人ふたり (futari, "two people"), 三人さんにん (sannin, "three people") and 四人よにん (yonin, "four people") respectively, representing the three other Kirbys in the order that they join Team Kirby. The colors change to Green Greens and King Dedede Red halfway through the song, representing the Gem Apple tree, and then switch back to the four colors that represent Team Kirby, and the song ends once again on the colors of the Gem Apple tree
  • In "Welcome to the New World!", Star White is used before Neichel's name is revealed; once her name shows up in the screen, the penlights change to Another Dimension Violet, likely representing how she is pretty much coming from another world. Once she starts singing, Elfilin Green is used to represent her, matching both the meaning of her name in the New World language ("nature") and Elfilin being from the New World. Once the chorus of the song kicks in, both Elfilin Green and Star White are used, and only Star White is using in the middle instrumental part of the song, as Ohmoto walks back to stage. During the duet between Ohmoto and Neichel, Kirby Pink is used when Ohmoto sings, reflecting her role as Kirby's voice actress, and Elfilin Green is used when Neichel sings; when the two sing together, both colors are used, although at the climax of the song (the "走れ [...] きらめく草原をなで ようこそ" verse), Rainbow is used instead. Finally, during the instrumental outro, Soul Blue is used to represent the blue skies of the New World, and ultimately Star White concludes it
12 - Kirby Endings
  • In "Milky Way Wishes: Staff Credits", Kirby Pink, Magolor Blue and Marx Pink are used individually in that order, representing Kirby, the blue space of Milky Way Wishes and Marx, respectively
  • In "Project K-64", only Kirby Pink is used at first, representing Kirby. During the footage of the "Kirby's Quest" and "A Reluctant Ally" cutscenes, Magolor Blue, Star White, Another Dimension Violet and Soul Blue are used to represent the colors of the sky in the first cutscene, as well as the Crystal shards. Kirby Pink is used once again during the last cutscenes
  • In "Ending", Magolor Blue and Kirby Pink are both used, representing the color of the sky in the ending cutscene and Kirby, respectively
  • In "Return to Dream Land", Green Greens, Kirby Pink and Chef Kawasaki Yellow are used to represent the colors of Cookie Country, as well as Kirby himself
  • In "Soaring Determination: No Night Is Eternal", King Dedede Red, Waddle Dee Orange and Another Dimension Violet are used all together at first, representing King Dedede, the Waddle Dees and likely also Leongar, and Another Dimension Violet the overall color scheme of the locations featured in the end of Kirby and the Forgotten Land. In the end, Kirby Pink and Elfilin Green as used to represent their namesake characters, and finally only Soul Blue is used to represent the blue skies of the New World
  • In "A New Wind for Tomorrow", Rainbow is used at first, then it ends on Kirby Pink, fittingly for the last song of the festival
