Featured Article Nomination
What a Featured Article is:
  1. An article marked as "Good".
  2. An article with an official (non-conjectural) name (more details on the naming policy page).
  3. An article with an opening abstract of sufficient length, preferably consisting of at least two paragraphs.
  4. An article with proper documentation. (no substantial info is missing)
  5. Sound of format. (no improvement notice templates are present)
  6. Sufficient overall length. (at least 5000 bytes long)
  7. Not a list page, disambiguation page, or subpage.
  8. Properly categorized.
  9. Not an orphaned page. (at least one article links to it)
Voting Regulations
  1. Voting is currently open to all registered users.
  2. All votes must be signed with signatures (type four tildes (~~~~.)) Unsigned votes are automatically negated, regardless of any points made.
  3. An article will become automatically featured if it receives five (5) valid votes to support it and two (2) days have passed since the nomination.
  4. After two (2) weeks of being nominated, an article will be featured if it does not have more opposition than support. (this means a tie or zero votes will still result in a feature)
  5. An article will fail to become featured if it receives five (5) valid oppositions.
  6. There may be no more than six (6) nominated articles at one time. Do not add any more than this.
  7. The editor who puts the article up for nomination may not vote on it.
  8. Please add all oppositions/supports on a new line beginning with a number/pound/hash sign (#) to automatically create an alphanumeric list.
  9. All votes with comments perceived by the staff as hostile or rude to another user will be removed. Be civil and polite.
  10. Staff members reserve the right to negate any votes without notification of the voter if they are found to be in violation of any of these rules or if suspected of trolling.
Nomination Cooldown
Once an article has attained featured status, a total of thirty (30) days must pass before it can be nominated for unfeaturement.

Kirby (anime) (February 2nd, 2021 - February 16th, 2021)

Kirby in the games is featured, so why not feature his anime counterpart as well? The article is very well-written, and has a mighty gallery to go along with it. I say it deserves to be featured. How about you all? -- Jellytost♡ (talk) 09:02, 2 February 2021 (UTC)

Kirby's Avalanche (February 1, 2021 - February 15, 2021)

This page has had a MASSIVE amount of work done on it (extremely) recently to make it Good, and it deserves to be featured for the quality of the page, even if the game itself isn't similar quality. ---PinkYoshiFan 23:30, 1 February 2021 (UTC)
