Regarding your concern with the uploaded Kirby Café clips[edit]

Greetings, StrawberryChan. I saw in your most recent edit that you were concerned if the clips you uploaded were allowed or not. Assuming you have a legitimate copy of the CD, it is completely fine, since the tracks have been released for sale. We really only crack down if people try to upload whole tracks, or material from stuff that was leaked before official release. --Fubaka (talk) 02:02, 16 January 2020 (UTC)

Alright, cool. Yeah, I got it through one of those third-party resellers. It's a really nice album, by the way. StrawberryChan (talk) 02:17, 16 January 2020 (UTC)

Patroller[edit]

Greetings, StrawberryChan. I've noticed your work on the wiki, and I consider you to have already established yourself as one of our better editors. It is my intention to grant you Patroller status in commemoration for your service. As a Patroller, you will have the following powers/responsibilities:

  • Ability to mark edits as Patrolled.
  • Ability to roll back edits by malicious users.
  • Permission to mark content as "Good".
  • Access to the staff-chat channel on the Discord (if you are on Discord).

All that's left is for you to accept the offer. What say you? --Fubaka (talk) 21:11, 29 January 2020 (UTC)

Ah, howdy! Uhm... sure, I suppose! I wasn't expecting to be promoted so quickly, but that sounds good to me. I'll also look into joining the Discord. StrawberryChan (talk) 21:34, 29 January 2020 (UTC)
Cool. I will go ahead and make the necessary adjustments. Welcome to Patrollership, and congrats! --Fubaka (talk) 21:36, 29 January 2020 (UTC)

Nonexistent category[edit]

When image is licensed as {{game screenshot|Kirby JP}} it's put in Category:Kirby JP Twitter misc. images, which doesn't exist because it was moved to Category:Kirby JP Twitter screenshots. Can you fix it? - I don't know how. Superbound (talk) 16:28, 14 June 2020 (UTC)

Umm, I'm not sure how to do that... The technical side of things isn't my specialty. I think you might want to ask Pandakekok9, but I'll see what I can do. StrawberryChan (talk) 19:53, 14 June 2020 (UTC)
Okay, it seems to have been a formatting error. I think I fixed it, but the cache may take a little while to update. StrawberryChan (talk) 19:58, 14 June 2020 (UTC)
Thank you! Superbound (talk) 13:45, 16 June 2020 (UTC)

File:KFont z.png[edit]

Hi, do you mind if you upscale this letter into 92x168 like you did with File:KFont y.png? And if possible, please vectorize it into SVG. Thanks! pandakekok9 (poyo) 06:51, 26 December 2020 (UTC)

Odd, I thought I'd done this one. I can upscale it to the size of the others, but not into SVG, unfortunately. We're going to be replacing the title font with an actual font anyway to address readability concerns, though. StrawberryChan (talk) 07:32, 26 December 2020 (UTC)

Image uploading[edit]

For the plasma article, I wanted to add an image for the artwork from Kirby Star Allies, the latest game to use that copy ability. So after, I went to the upload page, but It didn't let me upload the file. Could you tell me why? IsaacBoi321 (talk) 01:28, 11 February 2023 (UTC)

Hi! You can't upload files because you aren't autoconfirmed yet. You need to have an account for at least one day and make at least five edits to be autoconfirmed. This will let you upload files, create new pages, and make edits without being moderated. It's a safety measure to prevent spam. I hope that helps! StarPunch (talk) 10:22, 11 February 2023 (UTC)
Thank you! I'll try to help out on this wiki the best I can! :) IsaacBoi321 (talk) 23:13, 12 February 2023 (UTC)

Kirby's Dream Land 3 music[edit]

Hello! I sort of have a problem here. I'm trying to add the Kirby's Dream Land 3 themes to their respective stages, but I tried adding the first theme to the first stage (Grass Land - Stage 1) and the theme isn't showing! Is there any way to fix this? --Paistrie (talk) 20:23, 13 April 2023 (UTC)

The KDL3Stage infobox doesn't have a music parameter on it — I can add that real fast. StarPunch (talk) 20:31, 13 April 2023 (UTC)

OK, it works now. Thanks for helping! --Paistrie (talk) 20:59, 13 April 2023 (UTC)

Plural redirects[edit]

Hello there. Is there a general rule against plural redirects on the Wiki, or is it evaluated on a case-by-case basis? I was about to create one for Medal since the menu in Kirby Battle Royale refers to them in plural, only to find out it had been deleted. Considering typing "Medals" brings you to the search results and the actual "Medal" page is nowhere to be found among those, I believe an omission like this hinders navigation more than anything. --Gabo 2oo (talk) 18:30, 1 June 2024 (UTC)

Generally yes (see Help:Redirects). We prefer not have plural redirects unless the pluralization is unusual. However, given that "Medals" is a menu option, I can see the potential value in having it as a redirect to the Kirby Battle Royale section specifically. The creation and deletion of plural redirects is generally a group consensus-based decision rather than an individual one, so I can ask others to weigh in as well.
