Jet is an ability primarily obtained by absorbing a jet-using enemy. It allows Kirby to fly at rapid pace in the air, as well as performing various attacks.

Kirby: Super Star/Ultra

Jet made its debut in this game. Here, it was obtained from the enemies Capsule J (in Super Star) and Capsule J2 (in Super Star Ultra).

Kirby can also obtain the Jet ability through Copy Essence Deluxes. The ability allows Kirby to fly forward and attack with bursts of speed, and also move very quickly upward. The exhaust can also be used to light Fuses.

Kirby: Planet Robobot

After a long absence from the series, Jet returned as an ability in this game, along with a new provider, Capsule J3. It operates in much the same way as it did before, but has also been granted more attack options. Additionally, it is compatible with the Robobot Armor, this fusion being required for certain sections of the game.
