Galleries

Hi. Great job on improving the Kirby: Squeak Squad gallery! Just remember that there is no need for including the identifier "File:" for files in galleries. Thanks! --DeepFriedCabbage 17:10, 1 June 2020 (UTC)

Alright! Superbound (talk) 18:03, 1 June 2020 (UTC)

about the water article

I know that Kirby Right Back at Ya is not a game, but it still came before Kirby's Return to Dreamland, it also featured Water Kirby but in a different form —Preceding unsigned comment added by Rowbro (talkcontribs) . Please always sign your comments by typing ~~~~!

Still, the edits you made are redundant with section specifically for anime.
Also, have previously contribued as 73.93.54.201‎? Superbound (talk) 08:39, 5 June 2020 (UTC)

Discord?

Greetings, Superbound. I notice you've been fairly active on the wiki, and I commend your work so far. That said, we might be able to coordinate better if you join our Discord server. We often use it to coordinate our wiki efforts, and it's also a good place to hang out and talk about things not directly associated with WiKirby. Now, if you don't have Discord and don't have a desire to get one, it will not stop you from continuing to be a part of the community and potentially advancing in rank, but IMO, you will have a better time here if you are on the Discord than otherwise.

Here is the link. Discord. I look forward to seeing you there. --Samwell (talk) 12:51, 29 July 2020 (UTC)

Hi, thanks for invitation, but I sometimes found SM sometimes too distracting. However, I might reconsider joining in future. Cheers. Superbound (talk) 12:54, 29 July 2020 (UTC)

Super Kirby Clash passwords

Hey Superbound, I'm wondering where are you getting the passwords you're adding to the Super Kirby Clash password page from? After a quick search on the Kirby Twitter I found some with the dates of the ones you added but they are completely different, plus I don't believe any of them use Kanji or special characters like "☆". Maybe you're getting them from somewhere else however so that's what I'm wondering. Gigi (talk) 16:40, 30 July 2020 (UTC)

I take them from Twitter but I really know Japanese, so I could mess up :/. To make sure we checked same tweets:
I take them from tweet's text, specifically te part in『』 that is not Super Kirby Clash Japanese name (スーパーカービィハンターズ). Superbound (talk) 16:49, 30 July 2020 (UTC)
Yeah these you listed aren't the passwords. The passwords are never in the text of these tweets, they are in the image posted. This example should probably let you understand better as it has both a Japanese and an English password. If you need an further help, feel free to let me know. Gigi (talk) 17:05, 30 July 2020 (UTC)
Cool, thanks. Superbound (talk) 17:12, 30 July 2020 (UTC)
If you're using either Firefox or Chromium-based browsers that are compatible with their addons/extensions, there are neat translator ones which could come of great help (if you're using Chrome itself, it should have one built-in that can even automatically translate). On the Super Kirby Clash's Japanese website near the bottom, there's a log of all the previous passwords. If you search the net, someone catalogues these here up to date in text form, it seems. Always compare what you copy with the image please. —Viperision (talk) 22:50, 30 July 2020 (UTC)
Thanks, I thought the text and image passwords are the same. Superbound (talk) 17:20, 2 August 2020 (UTC)

Patroller

Hey, you've been recommended for Patroller status! As a patroller, you'll be able to rollback and patrol edits on recent changes, mark pages as good, and discuss staff matters on the Discord (if you're on there). You'll also be entitled to a purple username on recent changes and a gold medal on your userpage. You've made quite a few edits to the wiki over the last two months alone, so it's clear you have a lot of passion, and that's just what we need for new staff members. Is this something you'd interested in? It's up to you! --YFJ (talk · edits) 17:21, 3 August 2020 (UTC)

Sure, why not. Superbound (talk) 04:48, 4 August 2020 (UTC)

Regarding typos

Heya Superbound. I've noticed you tend to make typos in articles sometimes and I have just been correcting them as I saw them, but now you moved an article with a typo in it. So first of all, before you ever move any file or article, please double check the name of what you're going to move to, because that's really important. Secondly, please do take more care in the future with typos. If it helps, look into getting an English spellchecker; I am not a native English speaker myself and spellcheckers help me a lot when typing stuff in English. I don't know what browser you use, but I use Google Chrome and it's easy to turn on its spellchecker and even set up multiple languages for it. If you need it, I would be happy to help you further with that. Gigi (talk) 12:28, 4 August 2020 (UTC)

Thanks for advice, I'm going to change it now. Regarding browser, I sometimes use different browsers, but usually Google Chrome. Superbound (talk) 08:21, 5 August 2020 (UTC)

Regarding featured content

Greetings, Superbound. I noticed that you undid my features because you believed that a week was needed for each featured article. However, this rule only applies to new featured content, and the last page that was newly featured was Sword, which already had its week in the sun. I have gone ahead and reverted the pages back to how they were. Just make sure to keep that in mind going forward. --Samwell (talk) 15:54, 5 August 2020 (UTC)

Huh, ok. Superbound (talk) 06:58, 6 August 2020 (UTC)

Moderator

Alright, so if you haven't noticed in recent changes, we're adding a new moderator rank, and you're one of our candidates. As moderator, you'll be able to view Special:Moderation, and moderate edits from anons and new users. You'll also have the authority to settle disputes. Would you be interested in this position? --YFJ (talk · edits) 15:47, 10 September 2020 (UTC)

How does that Moderation work? And what do you mean by "settle disputes"? Does it have to do with {{Dispute}}? Superbound (talk) 10:54, 11 September 2020 (UTC)
Basically, you'd just check Special:Moderation regularly and verify any edits made by anons and new users, and reject any clearly bad faith vandalism. As for settling disputes, yes, in discussions marked by the Dispute template, you can put an end to it if it gets out of hand. --YFJ (talk · edits) 19:09, 12 September 2020 (UTC)
I'll think about it. Superbound (talk) 07:00, 13 September 2020 (UTC)
Will there be an option to come back to patroller rank if I wish to? Superbound (talk) 10:15, 16 September 2020 (UTC)
Just to clarify, if yes, then I will accept the offer. Superbound (talk) 12:11, 17 September 2020 (UTC)
Indeed, if you ever want the Moderator rank removed, I can do that. I will go make changes right away. Cheers! --YFJ (talk · edits) 06:08, 18 September 2020 (UTC)

Kirby JP Twitter image resolutions

I mentioned you in the Discord server, but here's it as well. I noticed many of your later uploads (i.e. for the illustrations and Channel PPP posts) were added in their "small" resolution. When you open a Twitter image in new tab, you can see &name=small at the end of its URL (which results 680×383px or whatever height) - normally, their originals are larger than this, and changing the URL part to &name=large (or "orig") will give you the original resolution (aka 1020/1280 widths). —Viperision (talk) 15:55, 13 September 2020 (UTC)

Didn't know about that. Thanks!
...As of Discord, I have problem logging into my account. I planned messaging the staff about it, but I have delayed it in time over and over and haven't gotten to it yet. Superbound (talk) 18:50, 13 September 2020 (UTC)
