:Yeah, not much need having this page around. I would be fine keeping Switcher.gg as an affiliate personally, maybe make things more formal with them, but it would probably be adequate to reach out to them first like you've said here. I would be happy to do that sometime, or maybe Gigi or PinkYoshiFan could, unless others end up being opposed to Switcher.gg being an affiliate 'round here. -- {{User:Jellytost♡/sig}} 19:11, 15 December 2022 (UTC)

::Agreed, this doesn't seem too different than affiliates (especially considering the affiliate page had the special cases section up until recently).  {{User:Pinkyoshifan/sig}} 19:34, 15 December 2022 (UTC)

Delete proposal

Deletion of this page was already a topic of discussion on the Discord server, but I'm hereby proposing it formally. These "partnerships" are a leftover of the Grifkuba affiliation system, but in reality, nothing special is going between WiKirby and these two sites that wouldn't simply constitute them as WiKirby:Affiliates - linking back between each other in relevant articles. StrategyWiki is already an affiliate of WiKirby through NIWA. Switcher.gg seems to be linking back to WiKirby only on few select (older) pages:

It does not link back to WiKirby for newer titles:

But to be fair, we do neither on Kirby and the Forgotten Land, Kirby Fighters 2 and Kirby's Dream Buffet.

WiKirby's staff, if they have not done already, should reconsider whether keeping an affiliation with Switcher.gg is still wanted: if yes, simply move it to WiKirby:Affiliates#Other affiliates and contact them about needing to update WiKirby's logo and these newer releases with WiKirby links (as we should on our articles as well). If no, then contact them to formally let them know they don't need to link back at WiKirby anymore. –Wiz (talk · edits) 18:57, 15 December 2022 (UTC)

FEW and Wikibound has them merged, if you want to do that. Tacopill (talk) 22:39, 15 December 2022 (UTC)
