Site-wide news

- A proposal was recently passed which adds a separate form of name classification to the wiki, using the new {{DerivedTitle}} template. Article names which derive themselves from official names in other languages, but which are not direct translations, are now formally allowed on the wiki, granted they display this template after the name in question.
- A proposal recently passed making changes to the writing policy, clarifying that while playful writing is not discouraged, editors should not be aiming to make the reader laugh, and in particular should not treat image captions as receptacles for jokes.
