UFOs are flying saucer shaped enemies. These enemies lurk in hidden rooms throughout the series, and can be said to be a rare enemy. They can be seen hovering above the ground, and may fly away if not consumed by Kirby. Once consumed, they give Kirby the U.F.O. Copy Ability, which allows him to shoot lasers or a beam at his foes. In most of its appearances, if UFO is dispatched or if Kirby goes far off screen, it will never respawn if scrolled back.

Kirby's Epic Yarn
UFO appears in Kirby's Epic Yarn. Since there are no copy abilities, Kirby cannot inhale it to get U.F.O.. If Kirby unravels them with his yarn whip, UFO turns into a rare projectile which splits into three homing projectiles when thrown.
