Susie is a character in the upcoming title Kirby: Planet Robobot. She appears to be part of the Haltmann Works Company, and may or may not be the primary villain of the story.

It is currently unknown what role she will play exactly, but it is expected that she will be at least a somewhat major part of the story. Apart from her image on the box art, she has been shown in the screenshot displayed to the left. This is where her name was first revealed. Her dialogue in the shot, along with the background, suggests that she is part of the company, and talking to someone else off-screen.
Additional screenshots and text have shown her next to a purple robot/clone of King Dedede, which appears to have been built specifically to hunt down Kirby, which implies that she is responsible for building it. While appearing to antagonize Kirby in other shots, her role appears to be more complex than that of Taranza or Marx.
Appearance
Susie is possessed of a vaguely human body shape, though like both Magolor and Taranza before her, she has disembodied hands and a large head. Her face consists only of two large completely cyan-colored eyes and blushed cheeks, with no nose or mouth to speak of. She also has long magenta hair, held on the left side by a gold clip. Her outfit seems to consist mostly of a v-neck suit with a collar that extends all the way up past her head, and also forming a hood, with a long grey skirt below, which rounds out to a vaguely boot-shaped piece on the bottom. It is likely, based on her generally slick and smooth appearance, that Susie is a robot.
Based on her appearance on the box art, she may be able to fly by hovering.
