About autoconfirmation

Hey! Looking at your recent contributions, you seem to be trying to upload a certain image on Marx's page. In order to upload an image, you must be autoconfirmed, which requires you to wait 1 day and make 5 edits. You've already been around a day, it seems, so you just need to make three other edits of any kind in order to upload images. Use of unofficial images

Hoy, I notice you recently uploaded a piece of Zero Two fan art and put it on the page. This is not allowed, as only official artwork or in-game material is allowed to be used on content pages. You are allowed to upload fan art as a personal image, but only if you have the consent of whoever created that art. Use of upscaled images

Hoy again. I notice you've been uploading upscales recently. As I told iliekchez, we have not officially condoned the use of upscales as frontline content as of yet, so I would refrain from uploading any more until the referendum is settled. I understand there's been some inconsistency in that regard on the wiki, but we've been following these sorts of image standards more recently, and as part of that, I've been going around and replacing some of the old inflated images I uploaded way back when. Regarding your Void image upload

Hoy Kirby201. I'd like to know how/where specifically you got the image File:Void.png. It doesn't quite look right to me, and I suspect it may not actually be from the game. Did you capture it yourself, and if so, will you show me the source image? --Fubaka (talk) 15:31, 22 November 2019 (UTC)

I did capture it from the game and imported it onto my laptop, but the eyes looked so blurry, I modified it a bit. If that's against the image policy, then my apologies. I do, however, have the original image:

I'm guessing what you did was take a screenshot directly from the game, and then crop out the rest of the scene. If that's the case, then I would suggest not doing that in future, and just upload the whole scene as is. Also, it still looks like you captured it at an artificially inflated resolution, which is also not ideal for frontline imagery. --Fubaka (talk) 09:21, 23 November 2019 (UTC)

I got it directly from my Switch. It was 1080p, which when close up, looks blurry. And also, I will stop cropping out images. Thanks for the tip. Kirby201 (talk) 09:26, 23 November 2019 (UTC)
