Pipe Worm resembles an orange caterpillar, but with a vaguely dragon-like face. It always hides in hollow logs, and will attempt to bite Kirby if he ventures too close in. Pipe Worm will periodically switch out its head and tail positions. Only when its blue star-tipped tail is sticking out can Kirby inhale the beast and defeat it. From there, Kirby can use its pipe to access different parts of the area.
