Category name

Usage of This Category

I'm a bit confused about what exactly goes into this category. The way the description is worded, it appears to be reserved for the games making up Kirby Super Star and Kirby Super Star Ultra; on second though, it says "games such as Kirby Super Star and Kirby Super Star Ultra", so it might also include stages in other games - however, it also refers to them as "mini games", which would speak against stages in other games being included as they are not really games in their own respect, as opposed to the stages of KSS(U). Does anyone have any idea what exactly this is for?--Vellidragon 14:36, 11 July 2010 (UTC)

Set-up was sorta flying blind, sorry for all of the mistakes, wonky wording and stuff. :p Basically when setting up, we just copied what we knew from ZW, despite the fact that adventure games and platformers aren't totally compatible. I figured a lot of things would need to be changed on-the-fly as content started coming in. But in the grander scheme of things, I was thinking to separate the encompassing areas from the individual playable ones. It's currently not worded nor implemented well-that's mostly my fault. But I have a plan:

Considering your adeptness at organization, content creation, your will to make needed changes, and the absence of Tucayo, Vellidragon; I want to give you access to all of the admin tools. If you have a NIWA pm box, email, or skype name-you're good to go! The only reason for that is because, naturally some inter-staff chat would be disruptive to the flow of the wiki. We'll soon have a forum for all staff discussions but I have no idea how long that will take to get running. I'm hoping you are interested in becoming an admin here and help to not only administrate WiKirby, but actually shape it's future, growth, and structure.

Hm... Still not quite sure how that seperation would work. The fact that "Stages" has been used to refer to both the greater locations/KSS(U) games and the individual parts of them, notably in Kirby Super Star, doesn't help either. Some sort of terminology to keep things seperate should definitely be agreed on, though, so Spring Breeze and Green Greens, though both being referred to as Stages, don't end up in the same category. Not sure at the moment how that would look, however.

As for the admin thing, I would certainly be interested :O Not entirely sure if that's what you mean with NIWA PM box, but I have an account at the MarioWiki forum (with the same account name as here) and a PM box there; feel free to contact me there with further details or anything staff-related :3 In any case, I will keep doing my best to improve WiKirby.--Vellidragon 21:04, 12 July 2010 (UTC)
